I have been taking my F150 here for a while now. I took it in for my routine oil change a few weeks ago, and the guy that was working on the truck seemed to be very inexperienced. When They finished the oil change, I drove off and made it about a mile down the road before my engine light came on and my truck started making this terrible noise. Turns out they forgot to put oil in the truck. You would think that people working at a shop that is literally designated for oil changes would know how to change the oil. I called customer service because I’m concerned about the health of my engine after this and they said I would get a call back. That was three weeks ago now and I still have nothing. I almost forgot to mention that because of my hassle, they gave me $25 off my next oil change. That doesn’t benefit me at all because I never plan on coming back to an oil change place that doesn’t know how to change oil. Thanks, grease monkey

Would not recommend this Grease Monkey location to any. Took 1.5 hours to get a simple oil change and only one car was serviced before me. Three people left while waiting. Many workers standing around doing absolutely nothing - assumed they were on break first but being there 1.5 hours, clearly were just doing nothing.

Kindred car spirit for Ford Explorer 2005. Nancy is the most kind, knowledgeable and helped fix a problem with my interior, back lights with finding the fuse that was out… based on a simple “oil change” Nancy is good people and kindness, first time at this shop and will go back. Have always gone to fancier places…. But they honestly can vacuum my car after and tell me $500 of work that needs to be done on my vehicle… Nancy was honest and helped with basics… and I did get a new filter because she showed it to me in person… Grease Monkey might struggle with employees showing up and as any business does, so be patient… Nancy is there as manager with no employees and doing an amazing job! High respect and quality service.

I've been coming here for a while for oil changes and every time the workers are professional and efficient. Brought my car in today because my heater stopped working (in -5 degree weather ofc). I was in the lobby for maybe 15 minutes when I was told they got it working again. To get me through the winter, they applied a quick fix and didn't charge me any fees. They explained to me what the issue was and what part will eventually need to be replaced. I've never once left feeling overcharged or confused about my car's issues, but this really won them my loyalty 💜

I needed "the worst corroded battery they had ever seen" replaced. I made my 1st visit to the Grease Monkey on Hastings Way. Although they had planned on a short appt near closing time, it required much longer with grinding, and sparks flying, and wires being replaced. The crew kept a very positive attitude while keeping me updated on the issues. When I need my oil changed, I will go to Grease Monkey. They clean the battery which prevents this kind of nightmare. Very professional and nice to deal with. Price was very reasonable in spite of the extra hour+ that the job took.

The staff are AMAZING! I was visiting from 3 hours away when one of my brake pads broke off and I lost most of my braking ability. I called and talked to them and even though it was late in the day, they told me if I could get it there they would do their best to get it done that night so I could still get home and if not they would do it in the morning. They squeezed me in and gave me the best service, everyone was so kind and understanding and they explained everything to me in detail. Cost was fair and work was excellent. I am so grateful they were able to help me and I will be doing maintenance here whenever possible. The shop manager was so knowledgeable and kind
