Dennis was our guardian angel today and went above and beyond to find someone, on a Sunday in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, to drive to Menomonie to replace our alternator that went out in the middle of a 1,000 mile trip, when no shops were open. If I lived close to the area he would get all my auto parts business!

Smaller auto parts store. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and very willing to share advice. Only gave 4 stars because of the size of the store. I would recommend if you're in the area.

The part that hopefully is pictured was unavailable at all parts stores. Even the dealers didn't have it. Although I did find it on Amazon in 2 days. Not OEM. It was Intake Air Temp sensor / MAP sensor. P0113.

NAPA (1710 N Clairemont Ave) has to be one of the worst auto parts stores in Eau Claire. Horrible customer service and very rude. I tried returning a battery cable that I had purchased from a different NAPA store and they refused to give me the full price of the cable even though I had the receipt. They were very annoyed and angry that I wouldn't return it to the NAPA store that I purchased it from. I drive by NAPA everyday on my way to work and I now realize why the parking lot is always empty and O'Reilly's Auto Parts down the street is always busy.
