I am leaving a 3-star review because I've had for the most part good experiences here. However my most recent was a train wreck... I don't even really blame the two guys that were working, they seemed understaffed and under trained for a busy Friday afternoon, as there was only two of them. I was there for an oil change, my company uses fleetio, which is a fairly common app used for fleet vehicles. I've used it here before with no issues, but these guys seem like they had no training whatsoever in dealing with that. I feel that there's enough companies that use things of this nature that there should be at least one person working that knows how to handle it. I was there for about an hour and 20 minutes, but I will add the first 30 was waiting in line.

Worst oil change I’ve ever had. They didn’t grease the chassis because they don’t have a grease gun. Then they didn’t even know it was a diesel engine at first and almost put the wrong oil in. Also they didn’t check cabin air filter or air filter and said they weren’t sure if they put the fuel filter on correct They didn’t even offer a fuel filter with the oil change originally; I had to recommend it. Worst experience for an oil change ever. They are very unorganized and without all the equipment todo the work completely. Now I have to bring my vehicle in to another service station to look over the work I just paid for just to ensure it was done properly. Would be best to use another shop until they get the equipment and education to do the work.

We had our oil changed here, and they failed to properly reattach the underside guard. We discovered the issue on the highway when we suddenly heard a loud blast of noise. We had to drive slowly across town to get back to the shop, where we were then made to wait before they addressed the problem. As a result, we missed a dinner reservation with our family. There didn’t seem to be any urgency or concern about making the situation right. We will not be returning.

The rice lake location has a good crew. Friendly and competent. Have had some bad luck with in experienced folks working at express lube places, but this crew has you in and out fast and I have had no over tightened drain plugs, loose oil filters, etc.

They also do other a inspections on your vehicle and let u know of any problems they can notice. Price was fair and the work was honest. Will is an exceptional mechanic. The wait line was about an hour long. Only had one stall open for most of that time. Seemed understaffed. The guy that was there did do a good job and was personable. Satisfied with the work; just not the experience and wait time. Generally, would recommend the other location on Highland; only went here because my coupons weren’t valid at both locations. In the long run, I don’t know that it was worth my time to save $20-$30.
