this place rip off never get work done here Paid $800 to replace smog pump and I still have the check engine light on. Never again stay away from this place. I was never told that you did not warrantee a part that I bring. I’ve been bringing my own parts for years to you and also to Mac and yes, the two parts were $200 each and I paid you $198 twice I had to go back five times because the check engine light keeps coming back on and the part was replaced twice so it’s not the part it is your mechanics that do faulty work don’t blame it on the part from AutoZone if your mechanic used all the parts that came from the auto parts store instead of using the ones that were already on the car, old screws and parts maybe I wouldn’t be going to this problem. I thought you were a reasonable Nice guy, but I guess I was wrong. and if it was never under warranty, why did your mechanics take it off five times and put it back on? And the third time they took it off They noticed they put the hose on and it was bent from them reinstalling it. They thought that was the problem but apparently it wasn’t.

Best team of 3 people you could go to for help. They stayed open almost 2 hours later for me as a walk in and were incredible in their explanation for a non car savvy person who has fallen for a scam before. I trust them immensely and will be coming back for life. They seriously left me feeling like they went above and beyond and they didn't need to. I am forever grateful

Bought $50 oil change coupon on groupon expecting to pay extra because it's a mercedes. Spoke to Vic on the phone, he said it shouldn't cost much more. Employees took 30 minutes to get me a price, then said 85 on top of the Groupon. I asked for clarification, then the new total became $133 on top of what I've already paid. The dude who initially helped me was cool, but Storm(?) could stand to learn to talk to people without getting upset. The Groupon doesn't have a make, model, or quart stipulation. $188 for an oil change is just bizarre. Pictures attached to the review. Edit: Since my behavior and the visit were miscategorized as "abusive," and nobody wanted to call me to discuss the issue as would a professional business, I'll add more. After I left, I called the store to speak to a manager/owner because I needed clarification as to why the price increased twice. The estimate, as posted on my previous review, deducted $24.99 from the service, indicating the oil change is normally $25+133+50(my Groupon). That's $203. The estimate didn't include the Groupon value. Listen to the transcript of the call, post it, then make an assumption. In regards to me asking the store to "still do the job," that's blatantly false. I authorized no work to be done, nor did I give payment. I went over the math, decided that the service was not for me, and left. This interaction didn't give me the confidence to authorize work on my car. The Jiffy Lube on the same lot quoted me $40 less, before I left. Simply adding a self-generared quote to a post doesn't make it true. My post reasonably reflected the interactions with photographic evidence.
