Horrible customer service! Spoke with a lady named Krissy or Chryisty whatever her name was and she forsure woke up on the wrong side of the bed . I tried to get info on have a roof installed on one of my vehicles. She confused me with someone else multiple times . Saying i had messaged her on instagram after i mentioned I never messaged her on instagram? Weirdo. Second when I said it was not me she basically denied saying they do not install sunroof on cars ? Then she says they care about their reputation so i basically must buy a sunroof from them if i want it installed in my car . Then she proceeded to say my sunroof is weak and cannot hold a glass? Like what? She should not be working there . She doesn't know anything about cars smh . Taking my business elsewhere.

This place is GREAT!! Customer service and workmanship was on point with everything. I had my clothe Toyota Tundra seats replaced with leather and I am extremely happy and satisfied. I live an hour away, but it was well worth it for the workmanship and cost. I shopped around, but they had the best price by far. The cost was way less than some of the places I looked into. Another place wanted about $800 more for lesser quality materials. Lisa really came through and delivered on time and gave me exceptional service. I will be going back to OC Autostyles for more custom work for my Tundra. Definitely Recommend!!!

Got a sunroof a few years ago with them, got discontinued (not their fault). Paid for a NEW sunroof, and OC Auto Style used the SAME OLD frame from my previous sunroof which caused some issues. They kept the car over night to install the NEW one i paid for.. and I asked Mark to make sure EVERYTHING was good before returning it back to me as I live in Nevada. Mark assured everything was good. Not even a day later and water leaks through. Not to mention the shoe marks left on the passenger door arm rest. Could have at least wiped it down. Definitely do not recommend their service moving forward. I’m trying to schedule an appointment to take my vehicle back and of course, no answer.

Completely impressed by this company, and that doesn't happen easily for me. From the moment I called, Lisa started working with me on my request to customize the interior on my Tahoe. She was patient and help me design the perfect interior. She explained everything to me every step of the way and she did everything she promised to do. The final product was perfection and 10 out of 10 in quality and workmanship. I'm glad I found this company and they will be definitely earning all of my future customization business. Highly recommended!

I was very excited to come here and get my tow hitch for my Tesla since they had good rating and figured they would take care of my car and do things professionally. I was wrong for thing I saw when I pick up my car was a 1-2 inch black scratch . That’s what made me double look at there work and found more issues . My bumper was not properly put on and they said it was like that based on pictures they took before but didn’t match when they zoomed in . Also they ripped rubber liner that goes in trunk . I also asked them to add me a under guard for tow hitch to give it a clean look as Lisa the person who helped me said she would take care of it at no cost and was under the impression that they would have a custom fit one for the job well I was wrong they manually cut it by hand and made it look very bad and not quality work . Well if you want someone to treat your car like crap and not do a great job come here and you will get terrible quality service. UPDATE : 6/2/25 I came to get my molding trim installed as I was there with Shane and Mark, Shane had a very bad attitude and was showing anger towards me. I also responded back with the same attitude and that’s when he didn’t like it and was personally being aggressive and was trying to create a fight. That is when I pulled my phone and started recording him because I didn’t want wrong accusations. Shane after led me to the main office where certain employees were being unprofessional and stating incorrect information about me which I didn’t like . There is also a lot more of story and understand the two sides but my video will not lie on how angel if I’m not mistaken on the name tried to fight me in there and employees had to hold him back. Shane also said he didn’t care if I proceeded with lawyers that it wasn’t going to matter to him . He also told me he wasn’t going to fix my problems with my car you guys left. After leaving I noticed they also replaced my molding with a completely different one. At this point I do not want to go back and even deal with the unprofessionalism in this company . I will handle this situation a different way from now on. Update 6/19/25 I will request that public incident number that was made of call and I was never aware of cops being involved also if anyone should have called the cops should have been me for being assaulted inside your business thank you I will contact lawyers now and if there’s any false accusations that don’t match my video you guys will be accountable. Like I said my video doesn’t lie of what your employees say that is why I recorded because I didn’t want any false accusations. I was never rude or disrespectful till Shane gave me attitude the only worker there who was professional there was mark that guy deserves a lot ! As for your 4.9 Shane said you guys never deal with customers that 95 percent of your work is from dealers which makes sense they have too much work to care or check for issues like that especially if it doesn’t pertain to them .
