Tried it out finally after I heard about it. Let me say I was impressed with the service. I saved a lot of money and I was surprised about the honesty of the owner James whose an ex-Porsche service guy. They also do alignment. I brought in my service spec sheet from the dealer and he said I wouldn't need anything...turns out he was right and it saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend it for any BMW, Audi or Porsche.

Redline has all the qualities you’d want in a car repair shop: honest, straight forward, reasonably priced, and great work. Had an issue with the car and called a few shops. Immediately after speaking with James, I knew that this was the shop to bring my car to. Other shops would tell me, they can’t give a diagnosis on the phone; one shop I took the car to didn’t even listen to what I experienced and jumped to the conclusion that I needed to replace the transmission/clutch. James spent the time to talk through it and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. This is the only shop I will take my Porsche for repairs/maintenance.

Recently had James complete a pre-purchase inspection on my 2009 Carrera. Very nice guy. Pointed out needed new engine mounts, brake flush ( found water in fluid) and issue with horn but otherwise solid vehicle. Scheduled an appointment and went forward with his recommendations. He called me after I dropped the car off and told me it might not be ready that day as a technician had just injured himself. I told him no problem though my son would be bummed as my son and I planned to go to Cars and Coffee the next day. James called me near closing and told me he got it done as he didn’t want to disappoint my son. James even gave me some oil plug washers when I asked about what type of washer to use when I do my own oil changes. Oil changes aside, I will be bringing my car back to James for everything else.

Extremely professionall staff. James was extremely helpful with the issue I was having with my 2012 Porsche Carrera 911. He was able to get me a confident answer even before I showed up to the shop, just over the phone. When I got to the shop, James made sure to take care of my needs and get my car up and running properly using his Porsche Dealer level software that no other shop could help me with. Huge shoutout to James for taking care of me late on a Friday, so that now I can go out and enjoy my Porsche for the weekend!!!
