Ed Wolff, The Owner of Car Clinic in Orange referred me to Deshler's. Went in on Friday, the 10th. of July in early afternoon. Front of the place is CLEAN. Walked in and spoke with Theresa about what I was looking to do. Inside was nice and clean also with no sense of chaos and an immediate feeling that people there knew what they were doing. Spoke with Tim Deshler and did a thorough walk around. I do not have before pics. however that right rear panel had come loose while on the freeway and ripped half the panel apart and taking the rear bumper with it. Also front mud guard underneath car was coming loose causing stability issues at freeway speeds. Tim actually helped me to focus on getting the major stuff done first to make the car look good and to focus on some minor scratches later. Never had someone try to talk me out of spending a lot of money before however saw the wisdom in what he was saying. Put a deposit down for parts just before 1 p.m.. Got a phone call just before noon on the 14th. saying parts were ready and to call them and let THEM know if I can bring it in on the morning of the 15th ( Thought I had to make an appointment first. ). Brought it in on the 15th. at 1 p.m.. Was planning on not having car til Monday, the 20th. cause I was late. Talked with them on Friday, the 17th. and was told the car would be ready by 5 p.m.!! I get there by 4:30 p.m. and there it is waiting for me. All within 48 hrs.. Paid the bill and tried to give Tim $20.00 for appreciation and he was firm in saying no and always polite and said he would prefer satisfied customers instead. Came back 2 minutes later with half a pizza from Round Table and said the guys didn't want the rest of it and didn't want to throw it out. Car fixed and pizza!! Can't beat that!! Even the delivery lady was nice and had a genuine smile that lit up the sun! Would highly recommend them! They seemed genuine and their Customer Service was outstanding!! Was surprised at how simple they made everything work and were very straight forward. Better stop before I write a book. Lol.

Jerome & his team were wonderful. Welcoming, helpful, patient and detailed. They made the process of trying to deal with a busted car so much more pleasant. WONDERFUL! My car was a mangled mess when it arrived at Deshler’s. It had been repaired at an ‘authorized’ facility that rushed the initial bodywork and paint job. Then, when I requested rework, it was even worse. Depressed and disenchanted, I had the good fortune of a recommendation from another vendor who does accessory auto work. It was the best referral I could have received. Just looking at my car, Marcelo could tell it had been warped by the prior body shop tech during the rework attempt. The fit was off and auxiliary parts were not properly secured to the body of the car. From the beginning Marcelo told me, “We will do it right. It may take a while, but it will be right.” Well, it did take a while. But my car was thoroughly examined, dissambled where it was needed, the correct parts were purchased, and the warped hood was miraculously straightened. The car was painted and then reassembled. It looks show room new. It’s PERFECT! If you need any kind of body repair and you’re in Orange County or you don’t mind the drive, Deshler’s Collision Repair is the only facility I would trust to do the job right and to do it well.

Kaizen provided quality work in an extremely courteous and professional manner. Jermain, the employee I interacted with, gave me a timely estimate of the work required, based on his initial visual inspection (replacing the rear bumper panel on a Honda CRV). The work was completed ahead of schedule, with no other issues being found. To top it off, the car was also detailed inside and out! Highly recommend Jermain, and Kaizen.

I’m absolutely happy with how they handled me and my vehicle! I got backed into, my radiator and coolant got badly pierced and my license plate got wedged in the grill and looked like it was damaged beyond repair. They quoted me about 7 days but they ended up finishing 3 days ahead of schedule which was such a convenience for me. An extra special thanks to Edgar, who was very kind and comforting and assured he would make sure my vehicle would be as good as new, and he kept his word! As a bonus, he even flattened out my license plate and was able to make it look as if nothing had happened. So he saved me a hassle to have to go to the DMV to get it replaced. THANK YOU SO MUCH EDGAR! I know who to come to or refer anyone who needs collision services!

Rivian's service center in Costa Mesa contracts out to Kaizen in Orange. They did a great job repainting the front fascia of my R1S since it had some chips in one corner due to panel rubbing. However the clear coat job was done very poorly. Either they didn't bother prepping or they prepped and let it sit so they ended up trapping a bunch of dirt underneath the clear coat. The car was delivered back to Rivian on a rainy weekend so they probably didn't see it. I didn't see it in the rain during pickup either until I brought it to my detail for PPF application right after I picked it up from the service center. Video of the artifacts and stills attached. I was in my first accident recently when I was rear ended on the freeway. I have always dreaded the thought of body work because as a car guy I know the factory does it best. USAA tried to get me to go to one of the big box places but a highly trusted friend referred me to Deshlers and I couldn’t be happier. Marcelo made me feel right at ease from day one. He handled insurance in a timely manner and got them to pay for OEM parts. Since we were painting the rear, I decided to pay out of pocket for a replacement front cover and refinish the headlights. My car literally looks new and it was worth every penny. Like I told Marcelo when I picked the car up. I hope I never see him again but at least I know a good body work guy now!

I just want to thank Kaizen for the repairs they did on my car. Jonathan & Deana deserve all credit in the world; Upon arrival, their hospitality, communication and genuine care for their client is what makes Kaizen the standard. I had damage to my driver side fender, front bumper and tire rim. Jonathan gave a fair estimate then gave me daily updates on how the repair was looking. After having my car for less than a week, I got my car back washed, detailed and looking brand new. It’s a stressful process to find a good body shop, that will fairly price you and provide excellent communication but I highly recommend Kaizen because of Jonathan’s professionalism and hard work. I have nothing but great things to say about this auto body shop. They came well recommended by AAA about a year ago. The moment you walk in you're greeted by the young woman behind the desk. Within minutes, the manager was greeting me. He inspected my vehicle, made his report, and agreed to get my vehicle repaired there at that time. It didn't take long for the repairs to get done. Within days I had my vehicle back. I unfortunately had to go back a second time. This time for an accident inspection only. The damages were so minor that quite frankly it wasn't worth paying the deductible to get my vehicle fixed. After hearing my frustration with my insurance, Jermaine did something that not many people do in today's world. He asked for permission to take my car to the back and within less than 5mins came back with my car. The scuff marks were gone! All it took was 5 minutes out of his time to help brighten day. I have been to this repair shop twice now and I will keep them in mind "if" I should ever need a repair shop again. Word of advice, GET A CAMERA INSTALLED to avoid problems with your car insurance!

Well this is not my first review of Kaizen Collision Center, Orange. A couple of years ago I had a not so great experience with them thanks to an ex employee who jerked me around for years. I swore them off, and moved on. That was then this is now. After two years, I felt my bad review stayed up long enough. Instead of just deleting the review , I wanted to see if they could somehow redeem the horrible service I received from the previous management. I had just purchased a BMW K1300GT that had been dropped a few times and scraped up. I thought what a perfect opportunity to have them resprayed. Under the new management of Fernando, they definitely came through for me! The panels look like brand new! The color matching is perfect! Under this new management I would definitely recommend Kaiser Collision Center in Anaheim! Thanks again Fernando for turning that frown upside down!
