Jared at wheel works took very good care of me. I am deeply grateful for their hard work and skill. I was run over by an irresponsible/distracted motorist while riding my dyna. I broke my foot and wrist, but the damage to my bike was what really hurt. I knew the damage was significant and I was worried that insurance wouldn’t cover the damages or that this shop couldn’t help me. I had a prior experience with wheel works when my clutch cable (different bike) broke mid ride. Somehow I limped and wheelied my way over to wheel works and I had the most positive and supportive experience. They even found me a ride home. So I called Jared, and he sounded very confident that he could take care of my bike. So I got my bike towed over to the shop and they immediately welcomed me and my broken bones. They showed me all the cool bikes they were working on and thoroughly inspected the damage to my bike. Jared assured me they could fix up my dyna and that they would handle all the back and forth with insurance. He even let me pick a few upgrades I’d been eyeing before my accident. I know it wasn’t easy to source all the parts for my particular bike, but they put her back together with a lot of love. And that means a lot to me. I’ve been back on the bike more consistently since the accident, and it’s a whole new bike. Better than it’s ever been. Wheel works does a thorough job of going through your bike and getting it road ready. Jared and everyone at wheel works, thank you for all that you do. I’m very grateful and now a loyal customer. If you’re considering getting work done at wheel works, know that your bike is in good hands.

Well it's been a while since I bought tires here. Going to be awhile longer. They used to be fair on pricing way back when in the 80's and 90's. Been going elsewhere. Thought I'd give Dave another try.. But the quote I just got was $150 more than competitors for Dunlop American Elites. Please get back to some fair pricing Dave. Installation on the bike isn't that hard. You guys have been selling & installing tires along time. You should have it down by now.

These guys were very friendly and can’t beat the price. Front tire changed out in less than one hour on My Goldwing. The owner Dave was very cool. Picked his brain a little about motorcycles. 5 star service from beginning to end. Definitely will go back.

This last trip I visited Wheel Works again about 2 years after my purchasing a tire on the rear of my Harley Davidson XL1200C 100th anniversary edition motorcycle. I had gone there due to the fact that they were recommended, and the Harley-Davidson dealership said that my motorcycle was too old for them to work on, seriously? On this day's particular service, I had front and rear tires change, balanced and mounted, front and rear brakes replaced, and front and rear wheel bearings replaced. I also had them check on my primary transmission chain adjustment, as well as install a new 100th anniversary derby cover for my damaged one, All the work done was very professional, expedient, and it was enjoyable spending time with the mechanics talking about motorcycles, as well as conversing with the customers they draw in, as they are true biker people. There's a reason why this place has been in business for over 45 years, and I will go there again and again and again, and so should you!

Well lets see, I been here twice now. First time was last year. Came in to have both tires replaced. Everything went well. Picked up my bike, rode it home and parked it for the night. Opened garage to get bike out and was greeted to a flat tire. Called them and they told me to bring it in. I ended up having a flatbed tow truck come get my bike and have it towed in. Apparently there was a "Defect" on the valve stem. Ok, so be it. Brought my bike back to them yesterday to get a rear tire. I ride the 7 miles home, get off my bike and the chrome cover that goes over the the axle bolt in dangling and missing a screw. For $400.15 dollars, you'd think they would put everything back together properly. Yes I understand you have to tighten things down on your bike, but 7 miles. I called and left a message last night. You would think they'd call back the next day, but they didn't. Kind of bums me out. For the money they charge, they should treat and take care of every bike as if it were their own. But the girl that works the counter was cool and communicative.

This was my first experience at this local business. For a three-hole service, I got a call back almost immediately, saying my motorcycle needed a new clutch. They charged $1,500. I received no pictures, no invoice, no video proof showing the alleged issues that needed to be fixed. I ended up towing my motorcycle out of the shop. My first visit will definitely be my last.

⚠️ DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE ⚠️ I’ve been coming here for a couple of years because it was convenient and never too busy — but this last visit was the last straw. I brought my bike in for new tires. When I left, I noticed my front tire pressure was over 10 psi too high. No big deal, I thought — until I pulled over to fix it and realized my air compressor was missing from my top bag. I had used it just hours earlier, so the only way it could be gone was if someone took it, or the bike had been dropped and it fell out. That’s when I noticed the real problem: bent mirror, scratched handlebar, bent peg, and damage to the exhaust. I turned around and went straight back. Magically, they had “found” my compressor, claiming it must have “flown out while putting the bike on the rack.” huh? Right then I knew what really happened — they dropped my bike and tried to cover it up. Instead of owning their mistake and making it right, they lied and denied everything. I’ve got photos and proof of the damage. It’s beyond disappointing to see a shop I’ve trusted for years act like this. All they had to do was be honest, but now they’ve lost a customer for good. Bottom line: If you value your bike and your integrity, go somewhere else.
