Josh is 100% authentic and does a phenomenal job! Last time, I had a crises - chocolate protein shake spilt inside the car and he took it out from every surface and crevice. This time, I just wanted the outside detailed. His magic left my car looking factory clean and shiny.

I bought a beautiful used Lexus NX that was smoked in by the previous owner. I had taken to several different places to help get the smell out but OceanHills is the only place to not only get rid of the smell but make my car feel like new. I went in today after getting paint on my car due to a minor collision. I asked if they could help me get some of the paint off while I waited for the cars parts to come in for a repair. Josh told me to stop by and within minutes he had made the car injury look SO much better by buffing or doing whatever was necessary! He was nice enough to not even accept a tip when I offered. This place really put their heart into their work and it shows! I'll definitely be back with the other cars for detailing work! HIGHLY recommend them!

Edit: Yes, you personally serviced my vehicle on April 7th. Thankfully, we've already connected and you refunded my card after I called/messaged you about the lack of results included with pictures. I also understand that my Google username isn't matching with your internal records. .............. Original review: Extremely disappointing experience. The detailing job was sloppy—dirt was still visible on the carpet, surfaces were barely wiped down, and the car looked hardly touched. Debris remained in the vents, smudges were left on surfaces, and I even noticed new scratches. It was far from a professional detail—more like a rushed vacuum and a quick wipe. Despite knowing the job was incomplete, Josh attempted to offer a mere 10% discount but still tried to charge over $300 for the service. I kept calling, asking if he actually did anything after having the car for over 4 hours, and he admitted he wasn't able to do a full detail. Had he been upfront about not being able to complete the job properly, I would’ve had more respect for the situation. Thankfully, I was able to have the charges reversed. Honestly, I can’t help but question the authenticity of the positive reviews—feels like they were either purchased or written by friends and family. There's just no way they reflect the experience I had.
