Mark & Dan are top notch autobody work providers in my book. I had an unfortunate circumstance with one of my business cars and have had nothing but trouble with my Insurance Company on the subject matter. Mark at United Autobody though has been a Saint through this whole time frame. His communication skills and integrity in taking care of the customer should be a 10 Star if offered on here! Hoping I never have to again, but United Autobody with this kind of customer service will undoubtedly be my place of choice for any future repairs needed. They have put me as their customer number one as a priority to profit, without hurting their business of course, and that cannot go unrecognized. Splash guard of my 2007 Altima got loose and one of the parts fell off and broke while driving. Auto care shops didn’t even bother to check and said it’s something auto body shop can fix this. Googled and visited couple auto body shops and each one of them said that you need take an appointment to get an estimate and some said they’d have to charge to give an estimate as there is a labor involved in assessing the size of damage. I just happened to spot United Auto Body while driving in the neighborhood and stopped by. Andrea and Dan were super helpful and they checked me in absolutely no time. They went beyond to search the suitable part and ordered in while insisting to charge me only after its fixed. Part arrived and splash guard is fixed. They are obsessed with their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if I need to. Thank you Andrea and Dan fir your wonderful service. Much appreciated.

Great all round. We went in for an estimate they did a complete estimate including pictures. Our insurance company accepted it and we were scheduled a few weeks out in order for them to gather parts. They called and confirmed the appointment and that they had the parts. While they were working on it they called with updates. Upon completion it was perfect. Nice to find a company that not only has great customer service but backs it up with wonderful work. If I move out of the area and needed body work I'd drive back just because they are that good. I stopped by the shop because I needed to remove a broken screw where the license plate goes so I could put my new plate on. Dan, the owner, stopped what he was doing to attend to my need right away. He was able to remove the screw and did a seamless job. He did not charge me even though I had never been to his shop before. The customer service was impeccable, and I will definitely use their services in the future if needed.

These guy's rock! I had my truck spay painted with racial slurs and a picture of a man's genitalia last night. I called United Autobody they told me they would have to look at it before they could tell me if I was going to have to repaint the whole side. I drive down to them and they pull it in one of there bays right away. They put some paint thinner on a rag and checked an area to see if it would come off. 20 minutes later they had all the spray paint off of my truck. When I asked what I owed them for their time I was told don't worry about it! Sorry this happened to you. Talk about top notch. I will definitely go back because they were so great. Thank you United! You made a bad start to my new year turn right around.

Our car rear panel on the back door came off during car wash. We tried looking at lot of places for repair but none of them are giving me a appointment within reasonable time just for the price estimate. Then I found these guys and they asked me come by the same day for the price estimate. They directly worked with our insurance, scheduled time for the repair and done an amazing job with the repair. Thanks a lot for the good work. We worked with carstar collision clinic before going here and they were not giving us any ETA of the repair and they wanted to keep the car with them for a few weeks until the repair is done. Which is why we found this shop as we don't want to give our car to them for such long time and they did the repair in 2 days and service is top notch. Highly recommend here.

Just picked up my car after having body work done here for the first time. Had a great experience with this shop from beginning to end. They offer walk in estimates which was a lifesaver because a lot of other shops in the area require an appointment & were booked weeks out just for estimates. Once my estimate was complete I was able to schedule a month out, which again isn’t terrible considering a lot of other shops I talked to were several months out for scheduling jobs. I dropped my car off using the after hours key drop which is always a nice option. My repair was estimated to take 3 days but was actually done earlier!! Communication with the shop was always professional and kind, they are great about following through with reminders and call backs. The only bummer was, I work 10hr days & wasn’t able to make it work to pick my car up during business hrs & had to wait for my next day off but the shop was understanding and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this shop & use them again if a future repair comes up!

These guys did a great job on the repairs to my vehicle. I feel like my car came back in better condition than it was in before my accident. They have a warranty on their work for as long as you own your vehicle. But I haven't jad any need to use it. They did a great job matching the paint color. I wasn't the one having to pay for the repairs, but I was provided with the information on the cost of the repairs and the hourly rates were posted in the office and seemed reasonable. I would and have recommended them to others, and I would use them again if my vehicles did need body work done in the future (hopefully I won't have that need, though). Definitely recommend them without hesitation.

I can't recommend them highly enough. When my Challenger was in an accident I needed an estimate and had to call lots of places many of which couldn't even take a look for weeks or even months. United told me to come by the next day and I got the estimate there and then. The car was booked in for repairs a while later and there were supply issues on some parts which they kept me informed about and we worked together to find an intermediate solution. The car came back looking exactly as it had before the accident. Their communication was really impressive and they are always incredibly friendly - Andrea, Dan and Mark were all lovely to talk to. An easy 5 stars.

I had some issues with my bumper and flashing/splash guard underneath, but it was a very small and simple job. I was struggling to get quotes for such a small thing (just needed new clips), and I stopped by United and they fixed it for me right there- it was done before others from earlier had even sent me quotes. i wish i took my car somewhere else. they over charged me added repairs that i did not need. i took it to another shop after because i felt like they were taking advantage of me and they told me half of what they charged me for on the itemized receipt did not look like it was new or replaced. plus they were so rude and extremely condescending. as a woman this is the cherry on top!

They deserve 10 stars I trusted them with repairs of a larger fender bender on my 2022 Hyundai. Initially, when calling 20+ shops, I thought, I would have to wait months to just get an estimate and then months to get the repairs done, until I called United Autobody. I was able to bring my car immediately after the insurance issued their initial damage report. The customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming. They've been proactively updating me about states of the repair and made sure everything was being done to perfection. My daughter's car was hit in our own driveway by my neighbor's roofing contractor. We got several quotes in the Issaquah area, United Auto Body was who we chose. Everyone we spoke to, and talked to in person was pleasant and professional - more so than the others in the area. They told us 7 to 10 days - it was done on day 5. All the work was done well, paint color matched, car was cleaned inside and out. If we are ever unfortunate enough to need work done in the future, I would take it to United Auto Body in Issaquah and would recommend you do the same.

I got into a fender bender. Same day I got in and got a quote in under an hour which was emailed to me. My insurance was quick and even though they pushed for a preferred autobody of theirs, which would have been a week just for a quote, I was able to drop my truck off with in the same week before leaving town so they can start work on it. They dealt with my insurance and all to ensure things were getting fixed, the right parts ordered and all. Did a great job, truck looks like new and the service was great getting updates every week. Highly recommend!
