Went to a well know body shop in Athens and had a TERRIBLE experience there. They told us it would take 3-6 weeks to get it done and estimated a whopping total of $4500. Gave me no invoice or breakdown of the costs, when I asked they got mad and became very rude. Instead we went to Oconee Collision and had the exact opposite experience. The staff greeted us instantly and were so welcoming. Amazing customer service! The staff were so kind and truly care about your best interest NOT their commission like the first shop we went to. I worked with Todd, and I appreciated how honest he was about everything. We ended up paying around $1400 and got my car back within 8 days. Through the process, they kept me in the loop. Truly the best of the best! I would give 10 stars if I could! ❤️

Absolutely incredible body shop and I have dealt with several over the years for other vehicles Not only did they go to bat for me with my car insurance company, they prioritized my repairs as I had already been out of a car without a rental about 3-4 weeks. Katie communicated frequently regarding the status of the adjuster, the supplement, the parts, and the repairs themselves. They went out of their way to help me in the unfortunate situation I found myself in - a quality I find is hard to come by especially in the automotive world. My car is in perfect condition and was even clean when I picked it up. Repairs were done quickly and incredibly well done especially considering they hadn’t previously worked on a ‘23 Camry. They addressed all of my concerns and even brought some other ones to my attention to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired. Absolutely would work with them again. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with your vehicle. They are honest, professional, experienced, and a reputable company. I very rarely leave reviews; however this is the least I can do given all that they have done for me and my car. I cannot thank you enough!
