I was pleasantly surprised that I was not presented with extra repairs and services to be done. Also, I had printed out a coupon from the website for a discount on the oil change, but when I went to check out, the amount was lower than the coupon amount. Another pleasant surprise. I have always serviced my cars at a local mechanics' shop, but now I'll probably go back to Heyward Allen. Thanks so much!

What a great experience! From the moment I started corresponding with Heyward Allen Toyota, until the moment I drove away in my new 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser, I was treated with the utmost personal attention, kindness, and respect. Chandler Stanton, my sales associate, was absolutely amazing. He answered all of my questions, gave me his personal insights about the vehicle, and patiently waited throughout my decision making process. And finally, Cliff Washington, the finance manager, completed the sale by thoroughly explaining our financing and warranty options step-by-step. All while having a great sense of humor and making me feel at ease. I arrived home with a smile from ear to ear. Not simply because of my new purchase but also because of the great experience from start to finish! I’d highly recommend Heyward Allen Toyota and their fantastic sales staff, especially Chandler and Cliff!

As always it was a great experience. The only thing I can say is at some point the back door on the drivers side there was a scratch. The service guy whe was helping me said they will be able to buff that out for me, and asked me to set another time to buff it out. I will say that Heyward Alan has always given me great service on my 2018 truck. I am very thankful for their work.

I bought a new Corolla 2025 at Heyward Allen Toyota. It was quite an ordeal. I spent the better part of four of the past five days meeting with salesman Kevin Winters. He is great. This review would merit a perfect 5 stars if he was the only person I dealt with. I cannot speak highly enough of him. Spent about 10 hours with Winters -- looking at cars, measuring space of vehicles, discussing, calculating finance options. Yet all those efforts nearly evaporated at the last second in the office of Kelvin Lee. It should have been an expeditious meeting to sign papers at the conclusion of my purchase. Apparently, however, Heyward Allen Toyota has contrived one last-ditch effort for a salesman to try to squeeze more out of exhausted customers. Everything was great with our actual salesman Kevin Winters. Then for the last part of the process I had to meet with "finance manager" Kelvin Lee to sign the paperwork. Lee made our family wait at least 30 minutes -- in the empty waiting area with no one ahead of us. Then when he finally brought me to his office, the meeting was largely an attempt to pressure me to buy an additional service maintenance package. I told him I was uninterested. He kept at it. Eventually I had to raise my voice and say "I've told you three times I don't want this." I was VERY close to walking out. Why does Heyward Allen Toyota do this to customers? You basically turned a customer into an enemy at the last second. Why try to bleed the buyer for more?

Chandler and the Heyward Allen Team were phenomenal! It was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle! The communication throughout the entire process was spot on and the knowledge base is unmatched! They highlighted several options and explained the warranties available. We actually passed several other Toyota dealerships and drove 5 hours to work with the Heyward Allen team and Chandler! A truly great team! Terry

I would give my advisor, John Lee, a rating of 1 star due to his consistently dismissive responses to my inquiries about my vehicle. For instance, when I asked if he had verified that the technicians had correctly installed my trunk clips, he replied, "We have master technicians here," implying that my concerns were unfounded. Despite my reliance on the vehicle for transporting myself and my children, he never offered to inspect the vehicle with me to ensure the work was done correctly, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded.. I'm giving a second 1-star review due to the subpar work of the "master technicians". After receiving my keys from John, discovered that the bulb replacement job was poorly done, with broken clips causing the back to fall off. This led to an additional hour-long wait with my kids, as I had to return to John, who then had to summon the technician to inspect and redo the work. This delay caused me to be late for work, which was frustrating since the vehicle should have been properly fixed the first time, without needing further repairs in the parking lot on a rainy day. After seven years of loyalty to Toyota Heyward Allen Service Center, my latest experience has led me to reconsider my continued patronage and recommendations.

I brought my newer hybrid highlander in for its 10,000 mile service. From start to finish best experience I've ever had at a dealership! Signs conveniently directing me easily to the service area. Ready efficient friendly quick check in. People there are all skilled at what they do and pleasant. Clean modern waiting area with a nice mini cafe serving meals and some snacks and complmentary beverages. A big screen TV and everything for customers convenience and comfort! Also a shuttle provided for nearby shopping. I was in and out in about an hour so I didn't need it. I was notified when my car was ready timely and the check out was quick, easy and pleasant. Bravo to Heyward Allen for an amazing service experience! .

The physical repairs done to my car were fantastic. I’m satisfied with the quality of the parts as well as the finished product. However, the service itself was extremely frustrating. The Collision Center was not accommodating in the slightest. It took days to receive a call back from the estimator working on my car. There were two instances in which I had to call the center 4 times before I received any response from the estimator. Nonetheless, I truly appreciate the receptionist’s efforts to reach the estimator. It was not until an insurance agent contacted him directly that he began taking the repair seriously. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the Heyward Allen Collision Center, and I do not recommend their services. I would like to note that the employees at the Rental Car Center and the receptionist at the Collision Center were extremely kind and did their best to help. I really appreciate them!

Brett Self has always been our service manager, he is knowledgeable and very fair. Then this last time John Lin worked with us, he seems to know his Toyotas. I have been a client since I bought my car in 2021. I will not go anywhere else, for anything. I have never had a single experience here that was not entirely excellent. I have dealt with sales, service, maintenance (both the techs and the scheduling/checkout staff), and management. It is cheesy but honestly this place has been healing for me - I grew up with shitty cars and rip-off service and I did not know it was possible to be treated as actually cared about, by anyone related to cars. This most recent time, Cody was the only name I got - I’m waiting on the person at fault’s insurance to be able to fix my car, so i asked for a roll of tape at the end of my oil change to re-tape my girl - he not only went and found one for me, but taped her up in the hot sun for me and did an immaculate job. Expect clean, stocked, fresh coffee 24/7 out of a brand new made to order coffee machine (they replace the machine, like - every few months, it’s insane).

Highly recommend Heyward Allen!!!! -just had my first car service appointment on Monday and they did amazingly fast and a wonderful job checking all of the fluids and maintenance. Bought a two-year-old used car, with 30,000 miles Overall, the experience was good. Allowed to test drive several vehicles and the paperwork process was smooth. Getting your vehicle detailed is another issue… This is not my first experience with their detailing being subpar, unfortunately

Four new tires installed and it was quick and efficient and done quickly. Very successful transaction and will probably use the dealership with my next set of tires as well. The service tracker was very nice to keep accountability of how long it was taking and when I should expect it to be completed. Also received a video from the mechanic with any issues and things he recommended along the way
