Amazingly helpful staff. Every time I need something from this store, I always get the best service. Not only an advice what to get but also a detailed explanation how to do what I need to do on our old cars. It also comes with an encouragement that I, a not very handy girl, can do it. I first went to the advanced auto parts on Atlanta Hwy just asking if they could simply tell me what part i needed on my van. The guy said he wasn’t an experienced mechanic and couldn’t tell me, wouldn’t even go to the van to look at it. So i was sent elsewhere still nothing. I finally went to the one on West Broad and Scott who works there was more than happy to go out and look and went above and beyond to make sure i got what i needed to fix my van. And the next time i went in there when my dad needed something, he remembered me and cared enough to ask how the van was running and everything. Thank you Scott for going above and beyond! You’re doing awesome!

I was trying to get a simple fuse for my car and the associate said he had no way to know what fuses go to my specific car. I know previously they have had access to specific parts for specific cars "in the computer". The person wished me luck and the fuse was the wrong size. I have updated the review from a 2 to a 3 because I received a response from someone from the company addressing my comments. That gives me great hope about training and customer service on future visits.

i’ve come to advanced auto part many times to get my maintenance required light checked. But the lady was so lazy she just said they don’t do that here. Why work if she can’t do such a simple task.

I had a wonderful experience today with Seth at the Advanced Auto Parts on Broad St. He was the only one working in the store, and I needed my truck battery checked and then ultimately replaced. He was very receptive of what I needed but also knew he had to take care of the customers in the store. He was very polite in explaining that as long as people were in the store, he would not be able to come outside to assist me, which I was fine with. The professional demeanor he displayed allowed me to understand the situation and be patient as I knew he was doing the best he could do. I will be coming back to this location for all my truck part needs thanks to Seth’s customer service. Thank you, Seth!

Mark not only helped me with the part I was looking for but also offered to supervise and guide me through the brake light replacement I was attempting. It’s 11:21am. It says the store is open according to their sign and on the hours listed on google. Tried calling, no answer. Be nice to just put a sign on the door whether you are working alone and using the bathroom or closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Needed the help.

Miss/Mrs Fina Santiago, is AWESOME❤️!! So not long ago, my wife and I bought a 2002 Yukon XL. Shortly thereafter the battery died. I bought a new replacement with a price that I could afford. Last week the battery light came on and sure enough, the alternator was bad. So I went to another advanced auto parts location, they had an alternator. It was overcharging the battery, and blew the caps off. They were very nice changed the battery under warranty. Sent me to West Broad Street for an alternator. Little did I know that was about to meet the most wonderful woman in auto parts! I explained to her what was going on and what had happened. Gave her the vehicle info, she went thru some features. I had to remove the alternator at the store. She tested it and it failed, so my new alternator was bad. She went all the way across town and brought me a new one, it tested good-3 times. After going through the features, of my vehicle, we learned that I had to small of a battery. She searched across her computer and the web looking at the specs and everything for my Yukon, to make sure that I would have no problems when I left. She got me the correct size battery and a new alternator. I spent my Sunday afternoon with this young lady. Due to her kindness, patience, willingness to help me, I now have a new favorite parts lady! Fina, bent over backwards and went way out of her way to get me straightened out!!! ❤️

I had the pleasure of having an excellent experience with Fina this morning. Unfortunately another location inadvertently gave me the wrong part after transposing the last 2 digits of a part number. I was over 45 minutes away from home and that store, and the mechanic was actively working on my car. Thanks to Fina's excellent customer service, I was able to have the work completed. Despite the mixup by the other AAP, Fina took ownership of the problem which I greatly appreciated. Fina is an asset to AAP and should be valued as such!
