I would recommend this shop to anyone. The mechanic, Ronnie, was so kind and helpful. Even though we could not get the issue with my car resolved while I was there, he showed me exactly what was going on and tried for almost 2 hours to fix it. He did not charge me anything and gave me great advice on what the next steps to fixing my car should be. I will definitely be taking my car here for any future problems!

I have had the pleasure of working with Ronnie at the Athens Auto Clinic as well as Bobby at the Madison County Collison Clinic. Both of these men are very knowledgeable, professional, caring of their customers. Bobby at the MCCC worked with me and my insurance company to ensure that the parts used to repair my car were not subpar and safe for me to have on the road again. I know some companies only care about the money aspect of it, but not at these locations. They actually care about their customers and their safety. Ronnie at the AAC was amazing to work with as well. He took the time to actually show me the issue with my vehicle and what it would take to repair/correct it. He had me back on the road in a short time and told me to call him if I had any issues. I cannot recommend these locations enough!! Honest, professional, caring and very knowledgeable.

I was tired of waiting in the lobby of tire stores for hours sometimes while I got my oil changed, tires or other maintenance. Even after making an appointment and arriving on time. One day I dropped into Athens Auto Clinic to get a second opinion on an expensive repair that I had been told by another business was necessary. Ronnie put my truck on the rack, showed me that all it needed was an alignment, demonstrated how the other parts were fine and saved me well over $1000. Then he performed the alignment right away. Most recently I made an appointment for an oil change and it was done in 30 minutes. It was also less expensive than any other that I have gotten anywhere. All of that and also friendly and offering service with a smile. They have a new customer for anything I need now.
