Terrence is awesome. I had a minor dent, he gave me a reasonable estimate, did the work in half the time quoted. The work was perfect. I also asked him to clean the car and he even managed to remove dog hair from the floor mats. Gotta love this small independent business!

Although the interior of the shop could use some cleaning to make it welcoming to customers, it was no reflection on the great job they did. I had a dent that cracked the paint and started to rust. Toyota quoted $700 and would need it for 2 days, not to mention the estimate took half an hour to get. Howard's did it for $300 in 24 hours. They were quick, efficient, and did quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are real professionals. They Chad my car back to me just in a few days. And the damage I had looked as it was never there. Looked brand new off the lot. The quality is terrific. I would recommend and and everyone to go to Howard body shop. And they also wash cars. An does a great job with that as well.

Worst experience possible at a shop. Dropped my car off in the morning and was told I’d get a call in a few hours as they were wide open. I never got a call so I called close to closing. They said they hadn’t even looked at it yet. I was told I’d get a call the next morning but when I called back to confirm, they told me the next morning they were closed. So I went to get the car and took it down the street. Car also smelled off when I got it.. Very unprofessional.

This is the absolute best experience I have had with a paint in body shop anywhere around Athens. They were extremely fast, efficient, and kind. I will be back when I need another repair. The insurance company quoted me five days, but they had it repaired within three days! As a single woman, I am often over quoted on car repairs, but these guys provided honest quality work. You can't beat this kind of service!

A family member needs body work done and it made me remember when I had work done at this shop several years ago, so I suggested they go and give this shop a try. I also realized that I never left a review and decided to do that now. This shop was recommended to me as well and I'm glad I went. It was BY FAR cheaper than any other estimate I had been given and the work done was superb – to the point that no one since has even been able to tell that my car has ever been in an accident... Very friendly, great customer service and the work was completed quickly. I highly recommend giving them a try if you need body work done.

This was the BEST car repair experience I’ve ever had! They are SO sweet and personable and truly know what they’re doing. I was worried as a woman that they might over charge me, but the price was completely reasonable for the amount of damage I had. They even completed the repair in 1 week! And it looks great! The people who work here are very kind and respectful, and have provided good service to me in the past, but lately have been unreliable when it comes to keeping their hours of operation. Today (Monday) is the third day in a row in which I had agreed to drop my car off in early morning hours but have been turned away due to either the responsible mechanic not being present or the store remaining closed past posted opening hours. Though the first time (Thursday) had a reasonable excuse of matters relating to family concerns, the second and third time did not have any excuses at all. As I am typing this review, I have waited until over an hour and twenty minutes past the posted opening time of the shop without anyone showing up to provide service. I work late night job where waking up in the early morning to drop off my car is not only a conscious disruption of my sleep schedule but also a great inconvenience when I am turned away repeatedly. I would really appreciate it if my efforts were respected with this business' upkeep of posted hours and agreements.

I was told it would take 5 days for the repair or my paasenger rear quarter panel and passenger door. I dropped my car off Monday. They called me early Wednesday morning notifying me my car was ready! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was decent as well. I would recommend Howard's Body & Paint shop without question!

Workers were nice but did not do a good job at painting my bumper. I pointed out the issues after the initial job, and they had agreed to fix it, but the problems ended up worse. They oversprayed onto the black portion of my bumper, didn’t fix the paint near my tire, and sprayed the paint too thin in multiple areas. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the paint job and will not be recommending them to anyone else.

Was not an actual customer here, but was just recently helped by one of their employees. Had to stop near the shop because my car's battery died and couldn't make it up the hill.
