Worst experience possible at a shop. Dropped my car off in the morning and was told I’d get a call in a few hours as they were wide open. I never got a call so I called close to closing. They said they hadn’t even looked at it yet. I was told I’d get a call the next morning but when I called back to confirm, they told me the next morning they were closed. So I went to get the car and took it down the street. Car also smelled off when I got it.. Very unprofessional.

This was the BEST car repair experience I’ve ever had! They are SO sweet and personable and truly know what they’re doing. I was worried as a woman that they might over charge me, but the price was completely reasonable for the amount of damage I had. They even completed the repair in 1 week! And it looks great! Definitely use Howard’s for car repairs, I couldn’t recommend it more.

Workers were nice but did not do a good job at painting my bumper. I pointed out the issues after the initial job, and they had agreed to fix it, but the problems ended up worse. They oversprayed onto the black portion of my bumper, didn’t fix the paint near my tire, and sprayed the paint too thin in multiple areas. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the paint job and will not be recommending them to anyone else.
