★★★★★ This was the BEST automotive experience I have ever had!!! My Son, a college student in Athens, got stranded on the side of the road a few miles from Chuck's shop. I called Chuck's Auto Service because he was the closest. I am thankful I did. My son had called a friend to pick him up, and I arranged that he would drop off the keys on his way home so Chuck could get the truck the following morning. Instead, Chuck surprised my son by driving to him to make sure he was ok and to get the keys. He diagnosed the problem and sent me a video explaining the issue, it needed a new radiator. The next day, he ordered the radiator, replaced it, and the truck was operational by 2:00PM. The cost was VERY reasonable. Not only was the work exceptional, Chuck when out of his way to ensure my son was safe and well taken care of. He also evaluated the engine to ensure there was no other damage from it overheating. The cost of his service was HALF of what I’ve paid others in the past. He also said I could visit his shop for a free inspection anytime. Can’t put a price on his kindness and honesty! Will definitely recommend to others and call him any time we’re in a pinch.
