Have dealt with Gary for years. A more reliable and honest person you couldn't find. Carried a car in a few days ago but Gary has retired. Bryan fixed the car sufficiently, but replaced spark plugs which were already new. Replaced the air filter which I had checked and wasn't needed. Spark plugs weren't tightened correctly, and two ignition coils were faulty. Maybe all that had to be done to find the faulty coils, but I'd be lying if said I was completely satisfied.

I have a 2006 Dodge Charger that would not pass emissions. Per the emissions place, it had something to do with the oil sensor mechanism. I went to the Dodge dealership to see what it would take to fix it. They ran the diagnostics on my car and printed a report for me of everything that needed to be repaired......the oil sensor mechanism being the main thing. When I asked them how much it would cost to fix just the oil sensor, they said they couldn't tell me and that they would need to look at my car first. They said it would cost me $150 JUST to look at my car. I asked if I got it repaired there, would the $150 be applied to the repair cost and they said no. I was recommended to Masters Garage (Gary) by someone who has used him several times. I live in Atlanta and drove out there. He originally quoted $200 to do all the repairs (which was way less than other quotes I received); however, he only charged me $95. It only took him 1 day to do all the repairs. He was polite, came across as honest and did good work. I would recommend him to anybody. One other thing to note, he did not do all the "recommended" repairs that the dealership stated I needed. He said there were things on the list that were just recommendations, but were not crucial to the car running and that they would not affect the car if I did not do them. So that saved me money as well.

When it comes to offering the best in class automotive service, Bryan Berrong does an outstanding job. I own a 2011 Toyota Camry with 212,000 miles and have experienced many service issues. I live here in Atlanta and the price quoted to repair my car was astronomical from other repair shops. Bryan was really reasonable and knew immediately the repairs needed. Honest mechanic. I recently took my car there after Tires plus suggested I get 1,100 worth of repairs. Bryan looked at my car and saw nothing wrong. Tires plus was merely giving me the factory recommendation as opposed to actually looking at car. There are a few things you should know. Great service and price. Honest. However, they don't do tires or walk ups. You typically need to plan in advance and have someone take you. There is no waiting room there. However, the good far outweigh the bad. This is my trusted garage and has been for 4+ years.

Don’t see how they have almost 5 star , I called spoke to a guy about getting my car seen we schedule a day , day comes , at 8 in the morning I go tell them I made an appointment oh let’s not forget I walk in two guys are having a conversation neither one greeted me until after the conversation was finished I should’ve left out then! So the guy tells me to write my number down and he would call me and let me know when they can work on it ig , which was a waste of my time because why make an appointment if you weren’t going to operate the same day , irritating ash

My mother decided to put her trust into this American business hoping they were treating her correctly. She used them for years & spoke highly of them. However they decided to abuse their privilege & take an elderly female of minority on a fixed income to their highest ability and overcharged her hundreds of dollars. This last mechanic repair was the upmost disrespect after they purchased a starter for $148 but charged her $320. Not to add the $160/hr labor cost. I am sad to find this information out after my husband researched it for me, because I was so upset when she called me saying her estimate of the cost. I knew that every-time she would call to discuss with me the quotes they would give her seemed overly priced but this last time was the final straw. I just hope if you are a woman of minority please caution going here.
