Dropped my fleet vehicle off to have motor mounts and transmission mounts done. I also asked that a brake light be replaced and an engine code pulled. Code was pulled but no one could remember what it was and the brake light was never replaced. Counter person acted like he didnt care and it wasnt a big deal. I will find another shop to to the work on my fleet vehicle.

This place is horrible. They damaged all 4 wheels when mounting my new tires, not sure if the even balanced them since it rides worse with the new tires than the old ones. I was told my truck wouldn’t fit on the alignment machine and in the same sentence the manager GALO told me that I needed a camber kit to do the alignment properly. If it didn’t fit on the machine then how do you know It needed those parts.

The store itself was impressively welcoming and practical for waiting on your vehicle. I was helped immediately when I walked in by Mr. Galo. He did not try to pressure me into getting other jobs done on the vehicle, even though I knew it needed these repairs but could not afford. He did not judge me as a dumb old woman. He kept a smile on his face the whole time. By the time I sat down and went through a few emails, my vehicle was ready to go. I will be a regular customer of this establishment. A+

I woke up to find that I had a leaking tire. It’s 23 degrees and snowing outside, to my surprise everyone wasn’t shut down! In search for a tire repair, I called the local Mavis Tires and Brakes.
