You can always get help from Auto zone at the North Ave location. They have good customer service and they make sure you can find everything that you are in need of. Absolutely horrible customer service. I had the misfortune of purchasing an alternator here, and Jody, the cashier, was extremely rude for no reason at all. Autozone, especially this location, really needs to invest in training its reps so they can be half decent/courteous to customers; I have never had this issue at O'Reilly and I know where I am going to get my parts from here on out. Urge everyone to avoid this store and shop at O'Reilly instead.

I would not spend a dime at this store. I went inside the store because I needed my battery to be tested, once I found out my battery was too dead to test. I asked the guy if he could take the battery out so it could charge, he told me he could take the battery out but it wasn’t a guarantee if he could put it bk in once I came bk to pick it up, and I was talking to a MANAGER. I liked the store better when Javier was the manager because he was more understanding & helpful.

Jose over on the commercial team was SO nice and helpful when I needed help with my battery. I am a student at UGA and very far from home, so car problems are always stressful. Why is it that you can ignore the 50 year old customer and a female and overweight? But 20 years ago y’all would run to help me? There was no customer in the store when I walked in. Two people were working and neither of them said one word to me. I was getting something for my vehicle and hoping it would fix the problem I knew the kind, but I was wondering if a needed a funnel. I said , could you do this for me? Now 20 years ago the dude would have ran to me to help me and offered to help me smiling the whole time. Thankfully a wonderful gentleman customer kindly helped me. These people are horrible at customer service. I would skip this one.

I went into the store location after unsuccessfully stopping at multiple other hardware stores for what I needed. This store had outstanding customer service. Everyone in the store greeted me individually and Roberto help me find the parts I needed and help me find every coupon and every way to save money before I close out the sale. The experience I received at the store location how to change my entire day around even though I have a lot in front of me that I still have to sort through. I highly recommend this location.
