Bad bad service Edwin is a liar he always saying one thing to the insurance company and another thing to me. They make so bad with the repairs the paint is not matching the exhaust is not aligned my rear seat is not fixed for a minimum damage they take 1 month they give my car dirty inside and out now I have to pay to somebody to clean and polish my car because this guys they don’t care about costumers Edwin he don’t make the walkthrough around the car with us. Please don’t take your car to Heyward Allen Toyota collision center bad bad service and bad repairs my car was a 2019 rav4 a relative new car but they don’t take care about that they just want money

Ivan, Geo, Edwin and the guys at heyward Allen are an awesome professional team that put out quality services. Had a couple of hiccups but they worked with me and communicated well to get the issue resolved! Hands down best paint shop I have been to! No one has ever paint matched my car correctly but they did it spot on! I felt comfortable leaving my sports car with them knowing that they had experience with them ! This will be my only go to collision shop from now on

Very pleased with the work done on my 2011 Honda Accord. I worked with Thomas. He was extremely communicative during the whole process, updated me on when parts arrived, and worked with the at-fault insurance. They even had the car cleaned up for pickup (wash, tire shine, interior). If you are in an accident and looking for a Body Shop to work with, I would definitely recommend Heyward Allen Collision.
