If your car gets towed by these company’s just know the lady in the front won’t let you charge ur car on the the lot bc the towing company didn’t turn off the car & leave your light on purpose on ur car. Anyways, my cousin wasn’t allowed inside to jump off our car. because of the trouble they told us it was 75$ to charge the battery of the car. This lady is a whole SCAM, And you crazy for not letting a little boy go to the bathroom. Karma is real that’s all girl. Muah

Incredibly aggressive driver, 1/7/25 truck towing a black Mercedes speeding past 80mph in a 55 zone, tailgated me for about 9 miles before, I would not trust these drivers to tow your vehicle if this is how they drive their trucks while hauling vehicles.

I am not recommending anybody to call this people they will mess your property. Stay away from them . They robbing people money around Jefferson GA . Very bad customer service.

I had a very frustrating experience with S&J Roadside Service. My family’s car was towed from an apartment complex parking lot, even though parking fees were being paid regularly. The issue arose because the apartment management failed to provide a parking sticker, which is their responsibility. The towing company demanded $290 in cash to release the vehicle, which is suspicious since they only accepted cash payments. When I tried to explain the situation, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional, making the whole experience worse. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Their lack of transparency, cash-only policy, and poor customer service are concerning. THEY WERE CLEARLY LOOKING FOR AN EXCUSE TO EXTRACT MORE MONEY, EVEN THOUGH WE PAID FOR PARKING EVERY MONTH!

As of today on 11/27/2024 one of you trucks was tailgating me and then cut me off like he was on some sort of racing game. It is not safe driving like that on the road with huge truck. Putting public safety at risk. Acting like a bozo on the road is not going to make you tough. I think the owner needs to fire these guys. Does he know what his drivers are doing at all? Then I see I am not the only one reporting this matter. It was 2 guys inside the truck. Around 3pm
