This place is amazing. Let me start by saying I live in very very Northern rural California. It would take about a week or so to get in for an oil change and you have to leave your car for a couple hours, if not all day. Here at Oil Changers I sat in my car, had a friendly conversation, paid (super decent price), and drove off in under 15 mins. For me it was excellent in all aspects. Thank you again

How do you guys keep making things worse? I can tolerate the soliciting of unwanted coolant flush, air filters upgrades I don't need, etc. But in this case one of your workers left the oil cap opened and told me to rev my engine to 2k rpm. Then engine oil got everywhere. I had to tell him to clean it up. I doubt he would've cleaned it up if I hadn't told me. He offered a $15 dollar discount for messing up. But look at how well he cleaned it up. He half assed it. "Cleaned" it by doing a quick wipe. I should've talked to a manager about this but I was in a hurry. I'm DEFINITELY never coming back after this screw up. Time to go to jiffy lube or valvoline instant oil change. At least they don't make common sense screw ups like this.

One of, if not, the most professional and efficient, Oil Changing Shop in Clovis / Fresno without a doubt!! I’ve never had to wait long periods of time and never feel like they are trying to upsell you on anything your vehicle doesn’t truly need. Ps - Last summer I brought in my truck in not knowing that my engine needed coolant so when the tech loosened the cap it shot off with hot water going everywhere. He shook it off and got right back to work!

I’ve been going to this oil changers in Clovis for three years now. Every time I’m there, the guys are super friendly & actually seem to enjoy what they’re doing. Getting your oil changed usually is a daunting task however coming here at least it’s pleasant, they’re quick and usually quite entertaining.

These guys are so amazing and compassionate. I was on the phone with my Sister the whole time ( I know, rude) and not listening to their instructions very well. When I got off the phone I explained to them that I had just gotten a call about my Mom not doing well and that I needed to go see her because she might not make it. I had to drive out of state to go see her. The guys were extremely understanding and kind. I always get great customer service from them, but it was truly above and beyond this time.

This is my second service with the Clovis oil changers. Both visits the staff has been very friendly and personable. On my first service, they did a fuel filter change and upon completion and getting home, I noticed the fender screws were not put back in my fender. So I called and talked to the store and went back the next day and picked up the screws and had to put them in myself Or wait back through the line again that I’d already waited in the day prior, I opted to put in the screws myself. My second trip was today for a simple oil, change lube, and filter. Again, I was signed in promptly And I specifically asked the tech that signed me in to make sure that we got all lube points done. He assured me that wouldn’t be a problem he would relay the information to his team. They completed their work, check my lights Reset my gauges and sent me on my way. Once home I noticed at looking at the front end the 2 easiest lube points to access had not been done. I returned to the store to request them completing their service for which I had already paid, but did not receive and was told to get back in line or come back later in the evening. I’m sure the work that they do complete is done well, it’s the things that they don’t do and charge you for that is lacking. You shouldn’t have to block out time in your day twice to get what can be done in a single visit.

Amazing service! I drive a 65 Chevy C10. They not only changed my oil in no time at all, they checked my directionals, my headlights (my low and high beams) , my brake lights, put air in all four tires and then it instructed me that when I need a top off on my fluids in the future, between oil changes or air in my tires to just come in and they'll do it for free. We live in a society where service seems to have been left by the roadside, well not here. You guys have a client for life!
