I recently visited Caliber Collision and had an exceptional experience, thanks to my technician, Mike. From the moment we interacted, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which helped put me at ease during what was a stressful situation. What truly stood out to me was Mike’s tone and approach. As a Regional Manager myself, I’m very aware of the impact that tone and customer service have on a client’s experience. Mike demonstrated one of the best examples of genuine, thoughtful customer care that I’ve seen in a long time. Not once did he make me feel like I was asking too many questions, and he consistently treated me with respect and empathy. What impressed me most was a small but powerful gesture,while helping another customer, Mike noticed me preparing to leave and made a point to stop and follow up on something I had previously asked over the phone (which I had completely forgotten about).
