So happy I brought my car here! Everyone was extremely nice. My car had some unexpected repairs and items had to be ordered to complete the job. I was pleasantly surprised that it was handled quickly and efficiently. Both days! They also provided me with discount cards that were used immediately. I was recommend this place by American Tires and let me tell you… I did not have a great experience. Staff are rude was and not helpful. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I brought my truck in for alignment and I still had issues after. I brought it back 2 weeks later to have them fix it and I was pretty much blown off. Waist of time and money. Go other places. There are much better options within 1200’ of their place.

I will never let these incompetents touch a vehicle again. They overtightened the drain plug on my wife’s vehicle. The threads were stripped and oil drained on my garage floor! It cost me $1900 to replace oil pan!! They wouldn’t pay the repair cost!

‼️⚠️‼️ Customer beware!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️ This business is super shady! They give you a time frame of 2 hours for an oil change and spark plug change, ends up keeping car over night. Called to speak to owner, Sonny. What a rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate person! He didn’t even let me speak before cutting me off while I was expressing my concerns. Doesn’t care about losing customers or the reputation of his business!! He basically said he doesn’t care about customer satisfaction only the money. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Be there for brakes inspection. Car brakes noise to much. They took 3 hours to do and charged to much over. Bt after 15-20 mins drive the se problem comes again. Never ever go to this shop.not good behaviour. Unprofessional. Price to high….

This place is a joke, they should definitely change their name cause it’s anything but. The owner is an absolute rude jerk and acts as if your inconveniencing him and he doesn’t need your business, I was telling him a concern I had with my car and he interrupted me in the middle of it and said “get to the point buddy what do you want me to do what do you want from me” does taking 23 hours to do an alignment seem reasonable to anyone ? If you want your car fixed I’d recommend anywhere but here and if you absolutely must then stand outside and watch over them the entire time

This place is great for quick repairs. Open on Saturday. Prices are reasonable. I went in because dealership is closed on Saturday. I have a warranty but needed it checked out to make sure car was safe till I could make it to dealership. I usually go here when I need something quick and not complex. I appreciate them squeezing me in on short notice.

Poor service quality. They shoddily zip tied the splash shield back onto my car causing it to come off immediately upon driving on the highway. Had to go to the dealership to get fixed

Business is a scam! Will be filing a lawsuit. Brought my vehicle 3 different times and still have yet to have my problem solved. - they started off with labeling my car as a different car and year - Each visit someone told me something that contradicted the other, employee on 1st visit said rear brakes pad are good, 2nd visit oh your Pads are bad (manager even admitted employee probably didn’t check them), then 3rd visit manager says I buy premium quality pads but proceeds to tell me maybe we need to try a different one. - Manager ( Sunny) even attempted to tell me he doesn’t hear a loud noise on our test drive coming from the brakes, the employee who actually worked on the Vehicle even said oh I can still hear a noise when we pulled back into the shop. I spent over $1000 between my visits only to have manager say he has other customer ahead of me and he couldn’t get to it until end of day after being there already for 4 hours.

The quality of service was not great. After the work was complete they put on the receipt that I had major oil leaking but no one discussed the matter with me and when I did try to speak to him about it they nonchalantly just said "oh, when we took off the cover there was oil on it and it could be a seal some where.." didn't look into it and wasn't looking to help even though I did ask about getting other work done because I was interested and he was willing to give me all kinds of pricing but this was before I read this on the receipt and spoke to them about it. I don't think they have a genuine care about the customers which is upsetting and unfortunate. So I will not be going back for any work.

My daughter and I were traveling from Sacramento to Los Angeles on New Years Day when I realized that my car was extremely low on oil (yes, you’re right, I should have checked it prior.) After calling so many places that were closed for the Holiday we found this one. Upon arrival they got us in and out right away! They also checked the tire pressure and such so the rest of our drive was safe! Also, the price was amazing! Much less than expected!! Thank you to your team for being there and allowing our journey to continue safely! Customer service was amazing!!

I like to come here for my oil changes because no appointment is needed and it doesn't take very long at all to get an oil change. I used to bring my cars to Pep Boys, but I had to leave them there and it could take a couple of hours. The pricing here is reasonable and they do offer other engine services if needed.

Meh. You'll wait a while for a smog or not get helped at all at. Last time I had a smog they took a little longer than an hour. The lady working at the desk asked a guy if they can do the smog next and the guy was mad and said no. I guess they do what they want. Vibes feel off.

I had a very bad experience at this mechanic shop. I went there to fix an issue with my car, and after the repair I was charged $200. Unfortunately, after the so-called repair, my car started showing more problems than before. When I went back to ask about it, instead of helping, the mechanic became rude and abusive. He tried to pressure me into paying $2,000 more, without clearly explaining the problem or providing any proper estimate. His behavior was extremely unprofessional. What made the situation worse was the disrespectful and racist attitude I experienced during the conversation. No customer should ever be treated like that. I do not recommend this shop. Please be careful and get a second opinion before trusting them with your car or your money.
