Service started out nice and all but over time they started telling me that they dont have time, or they dont have enough mechanics. Told me replacing my distributor wouldnt fix the emmisions issue when in fact i had it installed elseware and it did fix the issue and telling me my catalytic converter is bad and needed to be fixed when in fact its not. Its about time i find a new mechanic who knows what they are doing.

I've only been here twice too get a wheel alignment, the first time to get the alignment done, the second time to get the alignment work redone since they didn't do the work properly. Even afterwards it still wasn't right, didn't bother going back again, so what I am saying DON'T come here for wheel alignments. I won't be returning here for any other service based on my experience.

Thank You to all of the employees at One Stop Automotive for all that you have done to keep my vehicle and I safe on the road! Repairs have been timely and I've been treated with the utmost professionalism in all phases of the process. Like to pay more for repairs to your vehicle? Then go ahead, go to the other guys and pay them the Big bucks, or, you may try One Stop and receive the same quality of work for less. Personally, I work hard for my money and care to keep more in my pocket and put that money into helping my vehicle run efficient. I would highly recommend this repair shop for any and all of my family members and/or friends hands down! I won't mention names of the employees for all they have done with their help, only because I know also I will leave someone out and wouldn't want to discount all the help I have gotten from all involved. this shop is legit one stop. go here for all my repairs. they fabricated a part for a honda odyssey I was driving and the bill was super reasonable. they are very welcoming people and I will be using this shop for all my car repair needs. Gerry is the nicest guy

Victor and his daughter Stephanie are absolutely amazing people. Our 2019 Chevrolet Colorado was hit and had a tremendous amount of damage to the front end. My wife Dawn and I were referred here by Century Chevrolet and I can see exactly why they referred us here. The work was done perfectly, professionally and in an excellent time frame. I have dealt with the mechanics they all had positive attitudes and solve my problems and went above what I paid them and check my spark plugs and fix the gap in them for free. Then my wife got into a fender bender in our Pathfinder the owner Victor gave me the best price of four estimates ,and had it done within a week you could never tell it looks brand spanking new, because of their positive attitudes and great customer service when my daughter was looking for a car we went back to one-stop Automotive and bought her a vehicle we did have some trouble’s but again Victor the owner was a man of his word and fix the vehicle I’ve recommended My neighbors friends from church family and actually other mechanics that needed work done to one stop Automotive. The owner is a God-fearing man and a man of his word, And I personally continue doing business with one stop Automotive to this very day!!

These folks are the BEST! I have an old truck with over 270,000 miles on it and they have performed many repairs for me. They are honest and hard working folks. Its hard to find a place that you can trust, but this place is it. Satisfaction has never been an issue when I've taken my truck in to get fixed. Victor and team did a great job on my truck. It had extensive hail damage and when I got it back it was good as new. They proactively kept me up to date on the progress as they worked on it...great customer service. I can’t seem to add another separate review so I’m adding to the above. I had to have more repairs completed due to a collision and they were one again fantastic. My truck is as good as new, they were patient and flexible with my insurance, etc. Great experience.

I do business with One Stop Automotive on a regular basis. I probably pass by 20+ body shops between my spot and One Stop but for good reason. You can get quality work from a lot of shops around town but the difference comes from the man behind the business. Vic is genuinely good human being and he does business as such. You won't find a more ethical place to do business in the automotive industry, well other than my spot. Lol
