Wow. Bill and his team are fantastic. I dropped off my Honda CRV in the morning and they found the parts needed in addition to replacing my breaks all in the same day. Fantastic shop, highly recommend!!!

These guys are the best. I bought a 1998 Subaru Forester for my daughter. They did some work on the engine and provided a guarantee. A year later, we developed a small oil leak and they replaced a valve cover seal for free. I wasn't charged for parts or labor. So they honored the warranty and went even further. And at the same time, I brought them a new fender I purchased online to install, because the old fender was dented. They fixed the dent and didn't charge me! And they installed a new blinker light for free. They are very scrupulous and honorable. Their prices are fair, too. This is where you want to bring your Subaru for a repair.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! We came in with a rental car that was giving us trouble and the extremely friendly people behind the counter were able to give us a diagnostic of the car for an extremely AFFORDABLE price. It seems like a family owned business and the folks really cared about their service and work. They were able to look at the car and identify the issue really fast. 100% would recommend.

Bill, the head mechanic/owner, and May, his wife and the office manager, are both awesome. They're kind, honest, and genuinely seem to care about helping people out. When my Honda's transmission started going, Bill got online with me and priced used replacements; he also told me a product I could buy at Autozone that would be a temporary fix. May is always really helpful, calling to give updates. She's also helped me figure out scheduling for picking the car up and pay, over the phone if need be, since my work schedule is so close to their office hours. Today, I bought a new-used car and I plan to schedule this week to take it in for Bill to take a look. That's the kind of mechanic he is and the level of trust I have in him. He's a person who's honest enough that he's a resource not only for repairs but also for inspections and other advice. (He'll be able to tell me if I actually got a good deal and did okay).

Bill is the best! I've been getting his help for my car(s) for years now and although I live in Longmont, I recently took my newest car purchase to Denver to have him check it out. When my transmission went out in my sedan, Bill priced used transmissions with me on Ebay and gave me estimates for installation. When I decided not to fix it, he recommended an item from the store that would extend the transmission's life while I looked for a new car. On the SUV I bought after, Bill checked it after purchase and saved me a ducked taped part to show the dealership's quality issues. It helped a lot with my negotiations with them. I trust him to recommend the services I need and he's just a really kind guy. Highly recommend this shop.

Bill and May and crew are awesome! This new auto repair business is a real treasure in the Park Hill neighborhood. They have the expertise, integrity and friendly service that you need when your car needs maintenance or repair. I trust they are giving me honest advice as well as teaching me a bit about my Subaru. I've referred many friends to them. So glad they've set up shop in a location convenient to Park Hill and Stapleton.

My parents were traveling in Denver and had car issues. Park Hill Motors told them they needed new brakes, both front and rear, and would not be able to make it home (about 1000 miles). My parents declined services. They had their car looked at once home and were told that brakes were fine, with between 6-10k miles left on the front and over 10k left on the rear. Park Hill Motors wanted to charge almost $900 for what would have been an unnecessary service.

Wow. Just wow. Bill is an AMAZING person. It would literally be impossible to find a more trustworthy mechanic. When my check engine light in my Nissan came on the original mechanic I took it to charged me $100 just to diagnose the issue. They then told me my transmission was going out and I would need to replace it for $2500 including labor. So I took it to Bill for a second opinion. Not only did he not charge me to diagnose it, but it turned out that it was a simple timing issue which he fixed FOR FREE on the spot. He actually refused to let me pay him (and I offered multiple times). It has now been over a week and my car is running better than ever and no more check engine light. Bill now has a customer for life. I plan on telling every person I know to bring their car to Park Hill Motors. Thanks Bill. You truly are a great human being.

I've been going to them for quite some time. The prices aren't the lowest however it was always done fast and right. This time I had issues with power steering and brought it in for them to fix for 600 but after a few weeks it was worse then when I brought it in and the steering wheel locked up they charge me around 450 to replace some hoses I pick up the car and in less than 12 hours the wheel was tight and still making noise so I bring it in for a 3rd time they replace the pump under warranty which was nice but 2 days later and over $ 1,000 spent on this issue and the steering is still tight and makes noise. Back to square one again but this time I'm not taking it back for the 4th time this is ridiculous. Just a warning their power steering work may not be the best even after 3 sttempts at it.

I cannot praise Park Hill Motors and Bill, the owner, enough. My wife and I have been using Bill for 3 years now and could not be more happy with his service. He is so friendly, informative, and honest. His work is excellent and his pricing is unmatched. He is always flexible to fit us in despite our sporadic schedule. We have had two Subarus that he's help maintain well and he just provided us a free inspection on a recently purchased used car, simply for being loyal customers. Even though he's not located in Park Hill anymore, it is worth the drive to Commerce City. You will not be disappointed!

Park hill motors is going to be my go to mechanic establishment! I feel very safe and happy knowing that bill and his family who specializes in Honda are taking care of my accord! They were super upfront with the pre-purchase inspection I had them to for a 1999 Accord. I felt super good about this shop for after purchasing the car I booked an appointment at Park Hill to get all that I could fixed. They worked w me and took care of my new found baby (my car) I will most definitely be going back for more work/regular maintenance. I love that they are family owned, specialize in Hondas, Subarus and more! Thank you bill, Mary and staff for taking care of me! 💓

Yes, they are fairly priced, easy going, and reasonably fast. However, took it in for a bolt and they called saying car was ready. Picked it up and it was misfiring. No mention about this. Took it back and they replaced another part. Here's where it got even worse. There are two bolts for my engine cover that were not replaced on the new valve cover. Owner said we can just buy them. The point is they should have been put on the new valve cover from my old valve cover. Spend thousands of dollars at this shop on my car and my daughter's car only to be thrown to the curb like this? Won't go back after this and won't refer anyone else, either. The bolt was old, not my son's fault. You never told him and his friend to come in for the bolts, you told them to buy them themselves. You and your wife lied to him and yourselves. You post lies in your reply. You say you like my daughter. You call her to tell her my car and my son are not allowed at your shop. My son was rude because your wife made him and his friend frustrated with her lies. She said the valve cover wasn't on when he brought it in, so the clips/bolts were missing prior to your mechanic's work. All we wanted were the clips so we could put the engine cover back on. He hung up as it didn't and doesn't seem your shop will make this right. A lack of understanding is what this is and I have an engine that can't be whole. Then, you slam my son on your review. Poor customer service.

Great experience, haven't had an issue in a decade until now where I needed. Turns out the last mechanic put in a cheap water pump last year, when I asked for OEM or better. And it leaked, ruining the belt and alternator starting smoking bad. Park Hill Motors took videos, pictures as proof for a warranty refund from previous mechanic and fixed what needed done within a day. Very pleased, they were flexible, informative, helpful but MOST of all, HONEST. THANK YOU!

I’ve come here as a recommendation by a coworker. They do an amazing job and know how to take care of the costumer. It is a family run business as well, and they always deliver great service. They are honest and kind. I am a Honda guy and my father has a body shop and a mechanic shop back east. I’ve worked on cars before so I know when people try to swindle me. Therefore, I have always been skeptical of people working on my car because I fear that I will get swindled. However, I have NEVER felt that way with Park Hill Motors. They know what they are doing and explain things properly. They are kind, nice and best of all—honest—. Overall, amazing business and amazing people. Trust them with your car. They know what they are doing. They do quality work. For my Civic, I don’t let another shop touch the car but them. Been coming here since discovering them. Great and honest place. They are a pillar of the community.

I was from out of town with a car full of teenagers for a volleyball tournament and they were able to get me in right away on a Friday afternoon. A few hours later and I had a new water pump and my car delivered too me since I was stuck at the convention center. I'm so grateful for the quick and kind service! I could have been stranded all weekend.

I just have to say, Bill, May and Peter were all genuine people. I have so much respect for these guys and their business. If you are looking for a honest, trustworthy, and reputable shop this is the one! I brought my 2010 Subaru WRX in for some clutch work and within just a few days everything I needed was diagnosed and fixed. I can’t say enough, if you are having car issues bring your car here and get taken care of by good people!

I really want to like this shop, but it's kind of difficult to find anyone who does quality work and stands behind it. Unfortunately, they failed to perform a repair correctly, the automatic front axle hubs in my truck have not worked since I got it back. I got the runaround on the issue for a few months, since September of 2024. First, they wanted to disclaim the warranty, saying it was past the mileage limit by the time I brought the matter to their attention, which it wasn't-- it was just that it took months to get the parts, and I got the truck back and used it while waiting, but the mileage between the work actually being completed and when I brought the problem to their attention was well within the warranty mileage limit...on a part that isn't even directly affected by mileage, only use of 4wd, which I rarely use. Edit: For some specifics, since math doesn't seem to be their strong point...service was completed at 75,972 miles from their invoice. I brought the issue to their attention at 97k miles. That's about 21k miles. The warranty for the repair, if I'm not mistaken, was supposed to be 24 month/24k miles per the extended warranty service provider's terms. Next, it was a vendor issue, May & Bill said they were working on getting the part vendor to accept responsibility and cover redoing that part of the repair, and the vendor was being stubborn for some reason. It's now been two months since they even responded in any meaningful manner to my follow-ups. It looks like I'll probably just have to do the work myself, which is disappointing and pretty annoying considering that this problem definitely involves parts they replaced. I realize that not every repair goes perfectly. I'm a capable tech who simply had to take my truck to a 3rd-party shop for warranty work, but I know how it goes sometimes. It's how issues are handled which matter most. My expectation is that the problem is fixed quickly and a shop takes any other issues up with their vendors, not make the customer wait or just refuse to perform on a repair warranty issue. Their problem should not become the customer's problem. As a result, I really can't recommend Park Hill Motors, this isn't really how a reputable shop behaves. Additional edit: All parts ordered were specific for my truck. The differential components I helped source because Ford was backordered were all Dana, the OEM, just not with Ford stickers on the packages. I don't know about the axle seals Park Hill Motors used, that is the only thing that failed. Mileage doesn't affect the seals, the front half-shafts only turn when the front axle is engaged, which is rarely necessary. It's a bad install or defective part, plain and simple. I'm leaning towards the former, since I have never had an OEM Spicer seal I've installed fail for me, much less never hold the vacuum in the first place. There was no request on their part to look at my truck further. I brought it in, they put it on a lift, Bill manually locked-in the hubs and said it all worked, I explained to him how the on-the-fly engagment functions and that one of the hubs would not hold vacuum and it would not engage on-the-fly. That's when the runaround started. There is really nothing to investigate, it either works because it was installed correctly, or it doesn't because it wasn't, or because it's several years old and dried-out.

I have been going to Park Hill Motors for almost 10 years. They have been so great. They have helped me through regular services, warranties, accidents with insurance claims and vandalism on both of our cars. I even moved to Golden and still will drive to them for all my car services, since I trust them so much. Bill and May run a great business!

I have taken my car to countless mechanics and have never had better experiences than with Bill and May. I always leave the shop with my car running better than ever while having a complete understanding of the work that was done and what work may need to be done in the future. Their prices are beyond reasonable and they always clearly and honestly explain the work being done while its being done (no surprises). Their knowledge and care is unmatched. I wouldn't bring my Subaru anywhere else.
