Fast and friendly service!!! Timothy L. was a great and really help me out by waving my deductible and he even got me a rental without any rental coverage. I never had to leave my house. My beloved Lexus unlocked the dreaded golf ball skin a few months back. United Hail Pros were able to undo the damage from Denver’s bi-polar Mother Nature with a quick turnaround and exceptional customer service. Nicole and Elijah were kind enough to work with my busy schedule, schedule the estimation process, deal with insurance, and even provided me a ride to/from my rental! The paintless dent repair far exceeded my expectations; I couldn’t even tell the vehicle was molested after they were finished. Unlike other shops I’ve worked with in the past, I was notified via text message every step of the way (pick up, estimate received, work began, and anticipated completion date). They even detailed my vehicle cleaner than when I first saw the car at the dealership. Would definitely recommend this shop to all my friends, family, and even the random person standing next me at the urinal. TL;DR Has your car suddenly turned into a golf ball thanks to a freak hailstorm? Come here to get it back to being smoother than a baby’s butt. Fast/quality service + being treated like family = 1 happy camper.

My experience with United Hail Pro’s was amazing. Everyone was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I was kept in the loop throughout the process. The manager took it upon himself to contact my insurance and he arranged the whole thing. One day after speaking with him, he said it was all arranged and I could pick up my rental near my home. Nancy met me there and took the car. I picked it up today and I was amazed. I couldn’t recognize it at first. Wow, what an amazing, talented team. I would recommend United Hail Pros to all of my friends and family. Thank you to Dean, Nancy, Chris and everyone else who went above and beyond to give me the best job of hail damage repair. You’re all super star’s. You cleaned my interior and exterior and presented it back to me like it just came off of the show room floor. I love that. Our neighborhood got obliterated by hail and I just so happened to miss Tim come by my house with a business card. I called him and he immediately came back by within an hour and did an initial inspection and quote for the repair. Naomii met me at Enterprise and the entire process went exactly how they told me it would. Naomii communicated via text updates in a timely fashion and was there to answer me with any questions I had. They even took care of a few extra things I asked about! I paid nothing out of pocket and my truck looks brand new. Highly recommended and helps support local business.

United Hail Pros is probably the best automotive company I have ever worked with. Everything was so smooth in the entire process of working with them. They coordinated a drop off date with me and were upfront with the turn around time for my truck. They told me 3-4 weeks and that was accurate from the time of drop off until pick up. My truck looks great and I love it again. However, that's not the part that made United Hail Pros stick out to me and really appreciate them. It was the constant communication. Never at any point did I feel like I had to bother these guys for an update. Anytime there was a change or an update they let me know right away. I used to work for a big car dealership so I know how it goes with promising customers their cars at a certain time and then having to backtrack because the technician didn't have something go their way during repair. Not with United Hail Pros. Once they filed my claim, boom, I received a text from one of the people in the front office. Didn't get what they thought insurance would pay out? Boom, text saying they already submitted for a supplement. Money received from insurance? Boom, text saying my truck would be going in for repair tomorrow. Repairs are completed, boom, text message saying my truck is in reassembly. Literally, everytime something changed these guys let me know. I cannot speak more highly of this company. I will absolutely be a repeat customer with them if I need any more repairs. And as somebody who has grown up in the automotive industry and worked in the automotive industry, you can trust my recommendation. My truck looks great again and I'm motivated to take care of it again thanks to United Hail Pros! That's why I'm leaving them a 5 star review. I'd give 6 if I could!

United Hail Pros was so helpful when we got hail damage on both of our vehicles. They provided daily updates on the status and did amazing repair work, my car looks good as new. They even cleaned it up before it came back home. Even with some predicaments that arose on our older vehicle, they were still willing to help out as much as they could and communicated greatly about our options. This business is well rounded in work ethic and customer service, we are very satisfied with our entire experience and would go back to them in the future if we ever needed to.

Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin... United Hail Pros are phenomenal! I had been putting off getting my hail damage repaired for the last couple years when one day this lovely young lady comes knocking at my door. Gave me all of the information regarding their PDR technique for hail damage repair. She walked me through every single step of the process. Everything sounded great, I agreed, met with Naomi at Enterprise to pick up my rental and she took my vehicle to their shop. I got it back today and I was literally like a kid in a candy store. My Jeep looks absolutely incredible. I cannot brag on this company enough. They definitely are very talented at what they do. We had clear communication throughout the entire process so I never felt like I was in the dark and didn't know what was going on. IT was a great experience from beginning to end. From the day the representative showed up at my door and offered to repair the dents in my car from the hailstorm last June. They set me up with a schedule, and picked up my car. They said it might take 30 days to get it back depending on the insurance. Well, it did take 2 weeks for the insurance to approve everything and United Hail Pros were keeping me appraised every step of the way. Daily updates. From the time they were actually able to start working on it. There was about a week and a half. They returned my car to my home today. It looks like it did the day I drove it off the showroom floor. Immaculate! I had a few issues that worried me but the management with UHP helped me get transportation to use while mine was in the shop. All of their people were friendly, responsive, and made me feel very happy I accepted their offer. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that I come across who might want to get their car repaired. THANKS UHP!
