I brought my 2009 Mercedes Benz to them with an overheating issue. I brought them a used radiator fan which actually did not match the vehicle.They let me leave my car all week and bring them the corrected part. They charged me not a penny more than the manager quoted me at first. All in all a great experience.

Nissan dealer wanted to charge me $3200.00 for repairs I didn't desperately need. The shop confirmed the dealer's findings, but did not agree with the dealers overall assessment. The technician said my problem was pollen( case of bad luck) in the air flow sensor. Removed the pollen, changed a few things and for a very economical price, I was on my way and I have been riding fine ever since. Please note, I will continue to travel from NJ to Flusing to do business with car mechanics you can actually TRUST!! Update: 6/8/2020 I posted this review 5 years ago. My car is still going strong. The repairs the dealer suggested then, has not been an issue. Dr J (owner of Only 1 Auto) is a mechanic you can trust. I travel from NJ to Queens for 3 reasons: professionalism, reliability,trust. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor.

I cannot recommend this body shop enough. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs to get an repair or diagnosis done. I had an unfortunate circumstance of getting into an accident with the brand new G70 3.3T. Car had a bumper crack and was suffering from slow acceleration, power loss and horrendous gas mileage (car has already bad mpg to being with). I took my car to one that progressive recommended as well as 4 other shops was not able to diagnose the issue. I found Only One Auto on google and thought what the hell what's the harm in going in. J took a look at the damage and diagnosed the issue right away. He kept me updated every step of the progress, update on the damage and update on shipment for parts. Car is now back on the road and the car no longer suffering the aforementioned issues.

Came here to get my brake and clutch flush. They let me use my own fluids and the price was great. Seemed very professional, the mechanic tested out everything for me too after he was done. Planning on changing my transmission and diff fluid here too, will update. Yup came here a few days later to get the rest of the stuff done, everything was great and once again very fair prices for having my own stuff. Don't get ripped off at other places if you need or just want these things done for your car.

I was recommended by one of my friends. My friend’s car had some issues with braking n he assumed it’s gonna be pricey. After taking it to Jay, my friend was told it’s not major issue, just a simple fix here n there charged very less amount and fixed it perfect. Hearing this story I went there with my car as it started having a lot of issues like clunking sound, buzzing sound, bearing and brakes issues etc. Jay totally lived upto my expectation. He easily diagnosed everything and told me what’s needed to be exchanged or bought and showed to me the problems and showed be a new items that he bought and fixed it at a reasonable price. My car is good again. P.S- Jay gives you that elder brother vibes cuz I have not much knowledge of cars.

Though it may be on the pricey side for repairs it is definitely worth the cost, the owner Jay is incredibly professional and the work speaks volumes. I recently needed work done on a dent on the passenger side of my vehicle and I couldn't be more happier. The owner is honest and does not push you to do anything other than is necessary. Will definitely be coming back for my other vehicle needs.

The service was exceptional and I’m not even talking about my car getting fix! Jay treats you like family. He puts major research in to make sure you get the best bang for your buck!
