Great car wash, maybe one of the best in a 20 mile radius although admittedly I have not tried them all. The value you get here is outstanding. Full hand wash, no machines except for a rain shower after the hand cloth scrub down. Bought the full package that cost 26 Washingtons and it was 30 mins to see the car come back sparkly clean, inside out. Will be our new car wash until someone else is bold enough to provide better value.

They broke a button on my climate control. They must have gotten liquid underneath and it short circuited. The manager Paulo refused to refund me or even take responsibility for the damage. Very unprofessional as they don’t value their customers or take responsibility for damaging your property. Looks like I’ll have to spend $300 out of pocket to fix their mistake!

This place absolutely sucks, I been there 3 times first time they left both of my doors dirty and rims, second time they did a better job on the exterior of the car but the rims were left dirty again, so I decided to maybe give them a third try on a non busy day which was a Wednesday to see if they would take their time but got the same results, they are overly staffed for no reason cuz they can’t clean a car to save their life .

On May 27, 2025 I brought my husbands ford fusion here for a full service wash and the back car mats were taken out, I assume to clean, but were not returned. Upon noticing the next day that they were missing, I called and no one knew anything.

The $60 package #5 for the interior clean with exterior wash is a great deal. They did an awesome job inside and out. No appointment and quick turnaround time. Staff was friendly. No complaints at all.

I got my car washed yesterday & it began to downpour out of nowhere they unfortunately did not finish what I paid for not a huge deal rims and tires still dirty, but when I got in and pulled off I made mistake of not turning right around they somehow broke my window control button, today once I was done with work I brought to their attention and they are denying it saying I did it today lol instead of offering a free wash even just down right rude about it very upsetting I will not be going back here sadly Very unprofessional

If you are looking for a reasonable hand wash for your vehicle this is the place to go. They have a special on Tuesdays for ladies and they also will give you every 10th watch for free. Have been using this for several years now and been very pleased compared to others

This car wash is absolutely despicable. I was with my family and stopped to have my car cleaned, when I received my car back the airbag light was on the dashboard, it wasn't on before. When i asked the owner of the car wash about this issue he told me it wasn't his responsibility nor was it his problem. No customer should be treated this way or have to go through this. Since i had to take my car to the dealership where it costed my $350 to replace the sensor for the airbag, the mechanic at the dealer told me it looks like some hit the sensor hard enough to break it probably while vacuuming the interior of the vehicle. DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH!

I've been here approximately five times and have had three very negative experiences due to damage to my vehicle. The cleaner ate the plastic chrome off my steering wheel. They have broken accessory lights and then refuse to let me retrieve them from the carwash. I've had them use a rag full of wax to dry the inside of my windshield. I tried to never go there My husband on the other hand brings my vehicle there occasionally and it's always a huge disappointment. Also they only speak English when it comes to collecting money not when it comes to solving a problem.

I decided to take my 2011 Mitsubishi EVO X to this car wash. I've left my car close to the building I live in. Unfortunately there's a tree directly outside of the door to enter the building. And there's all sorts of birds that like to hang out. Needless to say I needed a wash. The team were quick and did a fantastic job. Car looks a hell of a lot better than having white globs all over the car.. I'd go back there again.

TOP NOTCH! You cannot get service like this at those big box car washes. They hand wash, they pay attention to detail, they take great care! My rims have been pretty dirty and I went to splash a few weeks ago and specifically asked them to get the rims. Afterward, still dirty and soap on my car. However today at Optimo they were friendly, fast, and paid very close attention to detail. While drying my car (hand drying, by the way!) a man came and really looked at my rims without me even having to ask and cleaned them and they look BRAND NEW. I am extremely impressed and will be going here from now on! Highly recommend!!

I go here all the time, as u can see in the photo below, and this is just one of the few that I haven’t lost. The only reason I’m giving this place a 3 is because they wouldn’t give me a Birthday wash since on 07/24/24 it rained. Most companies give u time to make it their establishment to take advantage of Birthday specials, but not these guys, u have to get ur car washed that same day! Rain or shine! I live around the corner so this was a convenient place for me to go literally every two weeks, but I’ll go back to Milford going forward if I need my car washed.

After I got my car back from a deep clean the AC button stopped working. They sprayed water all over the buttons and it broke. That would be fine if they at least refunded my money or repaired it. But the owner did not help at all and told me it's impossible that they did that. Don't let them touch your car!

Only gave three star due to items that were taken out of my car when they cleaned the inside and never were put back in.I Didn’t even notice that day went back next day and they threw away my items already. Lost about 100 bucks worth of items….. they will never clean my vehicle interior again. Everything exterior I was happy with based on the price.

I feel obligated to leave a review after the amazing job these guys did on my car. I’ve had several washes over the years and these guys are hands down the best. I brought my car in a disaster from 3 little kids and not having had a cleaning in a long time. I expected to not be so pleased with the result as I have in the past, but they completely surprised me. My car honestly looks like new! I got the full external and internal cleaning with shampoos for the seats. Not to mention that they gave me a $10 discount but I gave a tip and the price was still so worth it.
