Excellent service and price on my Audi repair (start and idle issues). Scheduled to bring my dads BMW in for maintenance. It's hard to find a shop with good prices that actually knows what they're doing and the dealer is just plain robbery. This will be my new shop for myself and my family and friends. Not far from where I live in Tustin near Costa Mesa.

I had the tow truck bring the SUV here. They diagnosed the water pump and serpentine belt and replaced both same day. Good price too! Car is still running great 6 months later. I would call on them again.

Cheaper than the dealer and more honest. Hard working owner and focused on the customer. My BMW is running like new and up to date on maintenance. Fantastic shop! This is by far a rare shop that you'll find that doesn't over charge there prices. They are real and get the job done. Great costumer service, very friendly and outgoing, the atmosphere is perfect. Came to get a part replaced, they did it at a very low cost, and without hesitation my car was running low on power steering fluid and they refilled it for me without any extra costs. Great people, great shop, will recommend to anyone that needs maintenance on there car. A++++

These guys are awesome, to say the least. I used to have a very close friend who was also my mechanic that had to close up shop for health reasons. They replaced my transmission and there price was fair and better then any other shop in Orange County. I recently came here because it is right next door to my house and is convenient and was initially a good price. I was able to get a full synthetic oil change for $60 which is a great price. I came back a couple months later and the price was now $80 which I’m not sure how the price could drastically change that much in 2 months. Fast forward to today I seen that they had a Groupon that seemed like a great deal. Upon arrival with the Groupon I was told that an extra $11 would be added for taxes… now does that even sound right ? I have never purchased a Groupon and then been told that extra needed to be paid for taxes upon arrival. Customer service is terrible and they were not willing to help at all with helping me get a refund. Clearly, all about the money rather than providing a good service.

Years of poor service… He dropped my Silverado off his lift years ago…. Let him try to do right by me and not going through insurance… took forever… tried to use filler instead of replacing what should have been… we’re talking major damage. Then incorrectly re attached tow wiring when I’m about to tow 25000 lbs..( says.. let me know if it works) had to demand him to fix then and there.. it was wrong… in all the years I have never asked for special discounts or service… just honesty and the below is how he repays me… it more than likely would have cost him a fortune if I went through insurance Take same truck and wife’s suv in for brakes… leave with squeaky breaks… Take truck in for leaking coolant… have to take back 5 times…. As of 12-26-24 bottom of engine and tranny covered in coolant and light still comes on… then discover days later that while in his possession.. my passenger power tow mirror was severely damaged/ crushed and was attempted to be jb welded back together.. only noticed when power extension didn’t work then found the repair job. Same time all this… took wife’s suv in to have headlights units replaced… it’s a big job and bumper has to come off… when wife complains she still can’t see because lights point to sky … looked at invoice and it specifically states does not include light adjustments… why the f would you not do a thorough job such as adjusting light when it such an invasive task.. that should have been a no brainer…. I would have paid for it… now I will have to pay someone again for the same work. This is all true .. if you need proof I can show it all.

Ramiro is a great guy but it’s been months since he has contacted me. He has completely ghosted me in regards to my repairs. He supposedly fix the high-pressure fuel pump and I’m still getting a check engine light. He supposedly fixed the transmission and he left it worse. Was traveling from Louisiana to Northern New Mexico for a vacation in our 40 foot diesel pusher. I suddenly got a leak in my coolant system while driving through Santa Rosa.
