I called about an issue with our Honda pilot. I spoke with David to try to see if we can try to bring it in, He gave me an awesome run down for what we potentially needed to do and we ended up dropping it off. We picked it up same day, all fixed. The car is running amazing and quieter than its ever been since we bought it. David was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. It is hard to find good shops but these guys were fantastic all the way around, from the initial phone call to pick up. Will come back if we need anything else.

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away. I purchased a Jeep (Just Empty Every Pocket). She was a beater but reliable. One day my axle broke off in the rear. I took it to Outlaw Automotive when it was still by the Food Bank. They quickly found out a lot more was wrong but they persisted and kept at it along with updating me about what else they found wrong lol. They helped me out tremendously and am grateful for their service. I'll be coming back for the front end soon...sorry guys =D

I have taken my car to another repair shop. They said it was fixed, but I continued to have trouble. So, I took it to Outlaw, and they found and corrected the issue. But then Johnny said it still wasn't driving right, so I let them keep it. They found the other problem and fixed it. Drives so much better now. I went out of town and had no problem except for my ticket. Great job to all of you at Outlaw's. I will be a return customer.

His team is top notch and everyone is really nice with positive attitudes. The owner is a scammer. I went in about a single broken headlight. I’m young and know nothing about vehicles and the owner knew that. I let him know what I needed and he proceeded to tell me that a single halogen headlight would cost me $660. Saying things like “it’s over seas delivery so it’s just so much more”. I later found out that a pair of LEDs wound cost me about $130 on Amazon. I know he charged me that much, ordered a pair of them off Amazon and up charged me for one single one. They finished it the next day within 20 to 30 mins. I found out that you are able to just take a few nuts and bolts off and unplug some wires to replace it. I have never been a car guy and that was my first time ever going to a mechanic and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I am absolutely blown away, from top to bottom, Outlaw was a well oiled machine! I called on a Friday at 3:15 to get a truck to them that hadn’t ran in 6 months, and was surprised when the owner (John) answered the phone and told me to get the truck to him Monday! I got the truck to him at 2:15 Monday and they had diagnosed the truck and called me at 4:17 the same day! 11 A.M. the next day David was reaching out to let me know the truck was ready! From the price, to David keeping me updated every step of the way, to Ladonna in the front being so warm and welcoming, I was just completely blown away! It was refreshing to have my truck taken care of by a group that takes so much pride in their work, and making me feel like I was the only vehicle in the shop (when I looked in the back every single bay had a car in it). Outlaw Automotive has EARNED my business on any vehicle needing any services in my household! If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would!
