I went to get a oil change my dash board had aB2 by it and they didn't know what that meant ? So all I got was a oil change even tho I knew thatB2 meant something.

I went in for an oil change (promotion@29$). I was not rushed, was attended to, concierge girl was very pleasant and to the point, they did a thorough service. Coffee and computer at waiting area to pass time. Can't wait for the next oil change! 😁

Comparable to other mechanics prices and they do what they can to be the best. Art is always on top of things as service advisor and I want to commend him on his ability to keep a positive attitude when I'm upset and keep this customer returning. He is the reason I keep coming back. I don't say things like this often at all but this guy deserves a freakin raise!!!

I called to find out when my next big service is due on my Honda. Normally, I call and receive a rough estimate ( that I never hold them to) but this gives me time to prepare financially for. Honestly, I did the 100,000 miles and now I'm at 150+. This time though, I got someone whom is either new or doesn't want to expend the effort to look. I asked twice if there was place to look online or what is next for the car in question . I am aware that there is no one size fits all for cars, but he could of taken my name and looked in the computer for me and said "look bud right now I'm looking at the screen and see that you need X,Y,Z for your car." I know that department sees a lot of people and fields too many calls. Honda- get some help for that department.

I recently purchased an older Honda and the battery had to be disconnected for another repair. When it was done, my radio was gone and I needed a code to get it back on. The parts guy was very polite and knowledgeable. He had my radio going in no time. I just wish I had asked about setting the clock. Google has that information wrong ... lol.
