We got in an accident the end of February 2021 they had our truck for 3 1/2 months and they did amazing work. Our truck is beautiful again.... Not the best on communication... But couldn't ask for better people and buisness to work on our vehicle!!!! We are very impressed glad to have our truck back!!

Great customer service from the time our 2002 Chevy Silverado was brought in to have the hood repainted due to the paint peeling. Pricing was fair and comparable to other local businesses. When I dropped my vehicle off I was initially going to have an Uber come pick me up, but the owner (I believe), Craig, went out of his way to have one of his employees drive me home. I was notified of his initial assessment when he got the vehicle into the shop and I was contacted by a phone call and voicemail when the vehicle was ready one day after I dropped it off. The workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. This was a very professional organization and the quality was excellent. The hood looked new even though the previous owner had done some repair work using bondo. I'm not a paint expert, but I couldn't see any waves, over sprays, or excess residue on the vehicle. I would highly recommend giving these folks an opportunity to take care of your vehicle. On a side note, during the drive home during casual conversation about the on-going pandemic, his employee told me that the owner was giving his staff that wanted to work, an opportunity to work and was being very flexible with those who chose otherwise. He said that the ownership of the company, in his opinion, seemed to go out of their way to take care of their employees and their clients. His personal testimony helped validate how I already felt about my initial experience with the business.

After my truck had been broken into and I was stranded in Abilene my truck was towed to them in the middle of the night. When I got there I was greeted with the most professional staff I’ve encountered at a body shop or mechanic shop. While they worked on getting my truck back on the road they treated me like family even providing me lunch. The low cost of the repairs surprised me considering they could have charged me whatever they wanted since I was desperate. If I ever need work done on my truck again and I’m anywhere close to the area they will get my business.

They did a throughly professional job on repairing the side panel of our company car. Then they cleaned it throughly -- inside and out. It looked like a new car! And they did not take very long to do it. I highly recommend Accent Collision, just as my friend who has been a long term Abilene mechanic recommended them to me!

My wife had an accident when a cow ran out in front of her. We are not from the area so we didn’t know where to take the truck. The truck was not drivable and had to be towed. State Farm insurance had this business listed as one of their preferred repair shops so we picked them to get an estimate. We were told the estimate would only take a couple days. Ten days later and after several calls to the shop and after filing a complaint with State Farm, they finally submitted an estimate. Owner gave an excuse for taking so long was because he thought I had Farmers Insurance and apparently they don’t require a 3 day window to make an estimate like State Farm does. However they knew that I had State Farm insurance because on day 2 of having my truck, I visited the shop. The receptionist asked me what insurance company I had. I told her it was State Farm and she wrote it down on my customer folder while I watched her write it, so they were well aware what insurance company I had. After this repair shop submitted the estimate to State Farm it didn’t match the cost of what both me and my agent was told just the day before. Then I noticed the mileage didn’t match either. State Farm questioned the discrepancies and the owner told them he made a big boo boo because he looked at a different truck that was similar to mine. This type of performance is completely unacceptable. How can I trust a company to properly repair my vehicle when they have been misleading from the beginning. So thankfully the insurance company approved the transfer of the truck to a different repair shop. Based on the quality of service I received from them I wouldn’t let them put air in my tires at this point. And I gave them one star because I had to give them something to make a review.

Had hail damage to our vehicle on every panel and they did an amazing job!! My car looks brand new and even willing to drive 2 hours just for an oil change because they are that awesome. Highly recommend them for anyone!!!

Accent repaired my 4 runner in 2022. I was going to provide a bad review back then because of the lies and communication problems with Cindy but decided against it because the owner John went above and beyond to remedy the problem. John is wonderful and it’s unfortunate that I am providing this information but after receiving the worst service repeatedly and recently from Cindy I feel that it is necessary to share so that steps can be taken to improve the customer service going forward. Recently, I was contacted from accent twice. Once to say that they needed to update me on a Mazda car which I politely told them I had a 4 runner not a Mazda and I believed they had the wrong customer. Cindy apologized for the error and I went on my way. Later that same day I received a voicemail from Cindy explaining that they recently decided to run an audit and found that I had an unpaid balance of 8k and that they contacted my insurance to verify that I had indeed cashed a check that was supposed to be paid to accent. She said that she is wanting to just clear this balance and that she would be more than happy to take a payment over the phone. In addition she stated I could call my insurance to verify but that she took the liberty to do that and that wasn’t necessary. After 5 minutes of panicking that someone forged my signature on a check I realized that she had the wrong insurance company all together. My claim was paid electronically to accent from statefarm and being a premier dealer with statefarm, they received expedited payment directly from my insurance company. I contacted accent after hours to ask for more information and they said they would hate to send it to my credit because it was so old. The next day I called Cindy and explained all information and asked that in the future she please do all research before assuming that someone stole money. Instead of apologizing and accepting responsibility she rudely said well aren’t you so perfect and you never make mistakes. I told her no ma’am I do but I was hoping that you would at least understand my concern and worry when someone tells me I owe them 8k, 2 years later. She said well someone entered it wrong and it’s not my fault. I agreed to disagree and I will never use this company in the future. I hope that Cindy can get some training on customer service etiquette going forward.

After 4 months of not having my vehicle and having to involve my husband. And the constant hounding them to get my car back after i was told it would be 2 months tops. I finally got it back. My initial quote was about $17,000. I get my car back and it's pretty much the same as it was when I left it minus the bumps from the hail. My car was bad it had alot of damage. My front window was cracked and it was never replaced. It was on the claim to be fixed never fixed. My door and my mirror were damaged and the mirror was fixed but the door was left and had a horrible paint match maker used. There was absolutely no communication from them I had to be the one to call and ask questions it was never them. I still have trim missing. I also left the car with a half a tank of gas and then when I got it back I had less then a 1/4 tank of gas and it read 55 miles left. I'm just really upset with how little was fixed and how long it was kept. I will say that the damaged part and wrong part sent to them were not on them but those don't take months to get delt with.

This facility and their people are amazing and so kind. Our sunroof busted with a giant hole in it while on a road trip and they were able to patch over it until we can get back home to Houston to have it replaced. No one has the glass and it has to be ordered, and they were the only ones to be able to provide some help until we can get it repaired.

Do not do business with these ppl. My friend has been waiting for so long for her car to get simple repairs and they just give her the run around over and over again. She has texts with different dates to prove her statements. Go to a better business where they make sure your car and business are a priority! ZERO STARS.

I’m beyond disappointed with the experience I had at Accent Body Shop. My 2024 Kia Carnival was sent here for repairs after an accident in November 2024. What should have been a professional repair process turned into a nightmare. When my vehicle was finally returned to me (after months of delays), it was in unacceptable condition: • The steering column was scratched, misaligned, and missing screw-clear signs of careless work. • The dashboard trim was pried open, scuffed, and not properly reinstalled. • My center console cupholder had a tool left in it from the shop. • The fender liner near the tire was frayed and visibly hanging down. • The undercarriage was dirty showing no signs of cleanup after work was done. • Even the engine bay was caked in dust and grime, which is shocking for a vehicle with under 10,000 miles. To make matters worse, the estimate jumped from $16,000 to $30,000—after the work was already completed. The car was repaired in Texas and I live in Colorado, so I had no way to inspect or authorize anything in person. No final inspection report, no walkthrough, nothing. Just a damaged, dirty, carelessly handled vehicle returned to me as if it was acceptable. Accent Body Shop clearly lacks the professionalism, quality control, communication and customer care expected of a certified repair center. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially if your insurance sends your vehicle here. What should have been a repair turned into more stress and damage. I do not recommend this shop (or USAA’s preferred repair network) if you value transparency, proper repairs, and respect for your vehicle.

My experience with Accent Collision was phenomenal! Miss Cindy was very professional and polite and John, the owner, was very attentive and asked all the right questions for the repairs.
