Great service at a fair price. The folks here were very helpful and even though they were not able to diagnose my problem (electrical) they took good care of me and were more than fair on the price to look it over. Very pleased with Fain's Auto :)

I hate to leave this review. I went in about 2 months ago to have the control arms or whatever in the suspension was causing the play and alignment issue. I also told them to do a brake job and replace rotors and pads. They turned the drums and replaced the shoes too. The problem i have is they said everything in the suspension is completely fine which i know for an absolute fact its not. The car pulls hard left and something STILL grinds. So they said to get new tires which is even more money to go and spend on something i know wont fix the actual issue. They didnt even look at what i wanted to and the bill for a whats essentially a brake job was 987 dollars. I could have gotten that done for cheaper somewhere else but i brought it to you to look AT THE SUSPENSION AND YOU DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT IT.

I've never used them for any of my vehicles because I usually have to do the work myself due to financial restraint but I know enough people that swear by them as being the best. I can tell you though that they pay out of pocket to hire OSI SECURITY out of Abilene Texas to patrol their garage throughout the night and all morning so you're vehicle is safe while in their possession, it's sad that with how society is today that not many businesses care enough about your property to hire professionally trained and experienced armed security to protect your property and or you so that to me says a lot about the owners commitment to their clients.

They are amazing, prompt, cost efficient, knowledgeable, people oriented, won't fix it if it isn't broken, won't sell you what you don't need. I have been a customer since 1980, they are the only automotive shop I will recommend. You need to experience the"Fain's Automotive" quality service. You just don't need to go anywhere else. I recently brought my father's 1992 Ford F-150 here. I provided a list of what I needed done and my budget. The head mechanic, i can't remember his name. He said i believe in not spending money when it's not needed. He did not disappoint. I now have my father's old truck running in a safe drivable condition. The sentimental value alone is worth than any dollar amount. He retrofit the air conditioner! I now have a classic cruising truck! Thank you Fain's automotive!

Recently had to get a part replaced on my Jeep Cherokee. In case anyone is wondering, they are full of problems (Jeep Cherokees that is) so if this was a review on them it would be as few stars as possible. But this is my personal review on a great repair shop fixing problems created by car manufacturers. Now with that out of the way, I called Fains the day I noticed my issue and they got back with me very quickly on what the estimated cost was going to be and it was very reasonable. I got my ride in their shop that day and it was done in I think the next day, maybe 2 days but it was more quick than I had expected. So far I've driven another state away and in town and no issues at all with their repair. I fully recommend them thanks to their prompt service and quality repair. I was actually recommended to use them by multiple people and I'm glad to be one of those people further recommending them for anyone needing any sort of auto repairs.

I would give 10 stars if I could! They are honest, and fair with their pricing. I had a bad experience with a previous auto repair shop, and luckily I found Fains. The previous shop said I needed new belt tensioners, & they tried to overcharge me. Brought my car to Fain’s and they were honest and told me that my tensioners were fine. I saved so much money. My family and I will be bringing all of our cars here from now on. Highly recommend them. Honesty and kindness goes a long way and they sure showed it!

My best friend recommended them and they weren’t wrong. Fain’s is a great place to get your car repaired. They’re thoughtful, reliable, and professional. When I went to OReilly’s to see if they could run a check on my car, I mentioned that my regular mechanic was full up. The mgr asked me who my regular mechanic was and I said Fain’s = Jason. The mgr said that’s good. He’s a great mechanic! One time my daughter’s car broke down and she left it where she was. I called Fain’s and they hooked me up with a good wrecker who picked it up right away and took it over to Fain’s for me. I really appreciate Hool and Jason. Highly recommend them!🙏🏼🙏🏼🎉🎉🎉🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
