Amazing people here. I got in a car accident going to buy a new phone since mine broke. I only had liability, I had my car towed to this body shop and they were so sweet. I was having a more than worst day and I was so distraught after the car accident and everything that was just going on in my life at the time. One of the lady's there took me to the store so that I could buy a phone since I didnt have a car or working phone and I have no family or friends in Abilene to help me. She was the sweetest woman. She then dropped me off at home. As far as my car the front door was jammed and the back drivers passengers side door was smashed in a little bit I just asked if they could unjam the drivers door since I only had liability. They were able to unjam the door and only charged me $45. My car was there over the weekend and they didnt charge any storage. These were seriously the nicest people when I was having the worst day/luck.

Took my wife's car to them a week ago to get an estimate for a simple repair due to our car being hit while parked. told me in a few days they would send me an estimate. called this morning and they were so busy they had to take down my number to call me back. never got a call. I can understand being busy but that is no excuse for poor customer service! When I initially went in for an estimate they were scrambling to find another customer's paperwork and never found it. Too bad I won't be getting our vehicle fixed there I've heard so many good things about their repair quality, if only they had the customer service to match.

I went to acquire details on getting my car fixed. They immediately came to my car and said they didnt do the work I required but they sent me in the right direction to other places near by. My back window was busted out and they kindly put a makeshift cover for me. I really appreciate them for that.

Phoenix was chosen as the repair facilty by out fleet service Element back in September 2023. They never answer the phone and never return anyones calls to schedule the estimate. Still trying to reach them. Must be so busy they do not need more business?

I understand that it takes time to order certain parts. Phoenix had my car for just under a month and when it was returned to me my $500 deductible bought me a partially waxed car and all the loose change in my car. Completely unprofessional, I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I got in a bit of a fender bender in my car, and they were the only shop I called willing to touch my car since it is custom. They paid to have it towed to the shop and allowed me to see their operation before I made a decision. My car took quite a while to get done, however after getting it back, I felt it was worth it. My front bumper was destroyed, since it is a fiberglass bumper, fitment is terrible. The new one arrived in terrible condition, and after they did their work on it, you wouldn't even know how bad it was before hand. They went out of their way to fix everything in the most proper and professional manner they could. The paint matches perfectly and all the lines on the two tone portion are clean. They even took care of a couple small issues that were already there. The car looks like it did when it rolled off the lot brand new. I'm glad they took the time to make it look right. I'd suggest giving them a call if you need any bodywork done.

Scheduled car to be repaired on a date over three months out to coincide with absence and was told that it would easily be repaired that week we were scheduled. We dropped off the car and came back to pick it up the next week only to find out that it had not been touched and we were never notified. Granted these were not big repairs. These were small repairs and could’ve been done and completed quickly, but the biggest disappointment is that all the planning had been done and assurances were given, but they did not keep their word.

Super nice guys! My brand new Dodge Charger was hit by a coyote recently.😒 I called around to multiple body shops and the timing was ridiculously long to get in for an estimate of damages. Phoenix fit me in that day to look at damages, sent everything to insurance and scheduled repairs to help accommodate our family's busy schedule. I was in a rental for about 2 weeks but the body work looks good as new and the fact they worked with us on scheduling everything made the experience that much better.

You have to get in line and wait your turn but Mike and his crew are as good as it gets. He did a 1964 Triumph motorcycle gas tank for me and it was like brand new. My Tesla Model S has some very minor damage from an accident and no one else would touch it. While they can't do welded parts and major stuff on the more exotic cars they can save you a 3 hour trip to DFW and a huge hassle on a minor repair no one else in Abilene will step up to.
