I had gotten an oil change from this place not even 3 days later I start noticing small oil puddles under my car I lifted my car to see where it was coming from and when I removed my bottom cover it was full of oil they didn’t tie my oil filter correctly and caused it too loosen almost completely off it was literally holding on by a couple threads…They need to train theirs workers more they lack experience and I won’t be trusting valvoline again.

Really wish you would get a jack that could do a tire rotation on a truck. Not likely to come back just due to having to then take my vehicle elsewhere for a tire rotation instead of having it all done at once. Otherwise the oil change was great.
