I had gotten an oil change from this place not even 3 days later I start noticing small oil puddles under my car I lifted my car to see where it was coming from and when I removed my bottom cover it was full of oil they didn’t tie my oil filter correctly and caused it too loosen almost completely off it was literally holding on by a couple threads…They need to train theirs workers more they lack experience and I won’t be trusting valvoline again.

Really wish you would get a jack that could do a tire rotation on a truck. Not likely to come back just due to having to then take my vehicle elsewhere for a tire rotation instead of having it all done at once. Otherwise the oil change was great.

Used to come here regularly but the last two times they've been short and rude. No idea what happened but won't be going back. Maverick was the last guy to help me. Seemed irritated the whole time. Which made my 11 year old daughter in the passenger seat uncomfortable.

I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. Jeremiah, the assistant manager, was brilliant. He helped me change my oil in about 15 minutes and had me in and out quickly. He truly made my day with how efficient and professional he was. The best combination there is Jeremiah as assistant manager, along with Bobby and Travis working underneath the car. They worked well together and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back.
