I was at work, but when I took off for lunch, someone pointed out to me that one of my tire was flat. I was very disappointing at the time because how am I gonna handle this ? I’m at work for the next 10 hours but I remember that I had gotten a few things from Arron Ford, so I called it turned out to be the best day for me because they came towed my car they put on a donut on it returned it back to me at work a tire was ordered when it came in they called me to let me know my tire had came in Then my car was pick up at my job site from Arron Ford and staff they replaced my tire as well as a oil change plus rotate my tire before returning it to me at work. So for first time I felt like wow !!! I didn’t know it could be attended so fast Thanks to Arron Ford and his team and especially Jose. Thank you have a good day.

I’ll preface this with the fact that we waited for 3 hours for an oil change and pre-vacation check. As excited as we were to have a bought a vehicle from Arrow with all the pluses it came with, our first visit was very disappointing. After the passenger window got stuck down in the snow and them being unable to get us in until 2 months later, I was hopeful that making an appointment over a month in advance for an oil change and pre-vacation check would get us in and out rather quickly. Our appointment was for 1:30pm, but we got to Abilene early. Called the service department if we could go ahead and come in or if it’d be better to wait for our appointment. We were told to come in and they’d go ahead and service the car. We waited for 3 hours! 3 hours for an oil change and vehicle checks! When we were finally being checked out, we were told it was because they didn’t have the specific oil filter for our vehicle and they had to wait to get one delivered. Very frustrating all together. Not looking forward to getting the oil changed again if it takes that long each time.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Check engine light on my F350 came on while I was still 12 hours from home. According to Google, the closest dealer was Arrow Ford. I called and Trenton informed me the first opening with their diesel mechanic was Friday, it was midday Tuesday. He said they would run diagnostics to see if it was ok to continue on the Phoenix. Unfortunately, it was something with the fuel system that if not repaired would most likely cause fuel system failure before I would get home. So I settled into a hotel expecting to be in Abilene for at least 3 days and more likely for 6. Trenton called later that day and said the mechanic would check it out so if they needed to order parts they would be there by Friday and I could probably be on the road later that day. This was awesome news. I wouldn’t have to spend the weekend waiting for my truck. About 11:30 the next morning Trenton called to say my truck was done!! I was speechless. When I arrived at Arrow Ford Trenton said they had the parts in stock and decided since I was stranded they would take a couple hours and get me back on the road. WHO DOES THAT! The answer. Arrow Ford. Thanks Trenton, my mechanic and the whole staff. Maybe I should write another review so I can actually give 10 stars to this wonderful company.

Got my first "Arrow for Life" oil change. Cole was very helpful in explaining my options. Waiting area was reasonably comfortable. The oil change took awhile so next time I'll arrange to do a drop off. All in all a good experience.

I had them install a front lift tinted bumper . That had been damaged. And needed a replacement. Last time, I ordered the part from Amazon. It was installed. But a little off. This time I had it replaced but I purchased my part through Amazon. And the accessories staff manager. Set up the appointment for me to have my car service through this facility. And I love the service. They provide for my car. I will keep coming back to service my car in the near future. Thank you, Richard

I was glad to hear about the free oil changes with Arrow for Life, but I scheduled my first one over a week ahead of time and it still took two hours and they didn't let me know when it was done... had to go hunting. Wasn't a smooth process.

The customer service needs attention. I tried to call the service department to check on status of my truck, no one would answer. I went in person and there was no one in the service managers office and no service writers around. After about 15 minutes, finally they started showing up. I did get my truck fixed quicker than I expected. When I showed up to pay and pick up the truck, there was no cashier around. After at least 10 minutes, maybe 15 minutes, someone showed up. I work in a retail establishment and we would never have this lack of customer service.

Bought a new truck, Tony Kerbow... no pressure, laid back... he cares. Smart. No high pressure sales, showed me choices, made it easy although it's not... not at today's prices. Loved the aftermarket choices integrated into the sale. Genius. The Arrow team high performed on this one. gcw

Jacob C. was my "go to" rep from start to finish. He helped me select the best tires for my needs and purposes and really listened to all my concerns about items I wanted addressed at this service visit, it was a LONG list. Tires, alignment, oil change, battery maintenance, wiper blades, filters.... Everything was handled with proficiency and a smile. He was genuinely interested in what I wanted and took time to explain the whole process. I also rented a car for my service day, and that experience was phenomenal as well! I don't "have" to go to Arrow Ford for auto service, I CHOOSE to go because they always exceed my expectations at an affordable price.

Really disappointed… I feel like I’m being generous giving out 2 stars. The window on my drivers side came off the track and I couldn’t roll the window back up in 110 degree heat. I was told that they don’t accept walk in repairs but they would take a look at it but would charge for labor time. All they did was put it back in place. It still actually needs to be repaired. I ended up being charged over $300 for less than an hour for them just to look at it at put the window back in place for me to be able to drive my car. I feel like I was taken advantage of when I was told by another service that it was an easy fix and could be fixed in about an hour for less than $100. I definitely won’t come back here for services.

So let me begin by saying this review IS NOT WHAT I IMAGINED I’d BE LEAVING … My past experience with ARROW FORD SERVICE was Incredibly subpar … however my Service Supervisor on this particular occasion was nothing less than spectacular! Okay okay I know what you’re thinking … he must be my friend … sorry to disappoint you but I’d never met NATE MILLER before last week. When you look up customer service in the dictionary you’ll see a thumbnail of Nate. Alright alright maybe a tad over the top —- but just a smidge. Currently ARROW FORD SERVICE is under a major renovation and they are not taking appointments…. That was a MAJOR letdown. But I had Recalls that needed attention… this need to take care of my recall got my explorer in the shop WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT— so In addition to getting my Recalls dealt with , Nate called me on a Saturday and asked if I could bring it in on Monday. He said they could take a look at an error code I had. I had an orange wrench and several errors plagued my dashboard … So Monday , my wife dropped off the explorer — The original estimate was to be completed by Wednesday PM. So when Wednesday came and I received a call letting me know the wrong part was delivered and that ARROW FORD SERVICE needed my car past Wednesday, Nate was on the ball apologizing and explaining the snafu … he was excellent in communication. On Thursday , Nate called apologizing for the delay , and asked if he could set me up with a rental ( FREE OF CHARGE ) as ARROW FORD’s way of taking care of me in light of my situation. So Nate set up a rental , he also provided a shuttle to pick me up from work and then Nate hit it out of the park by setting up my rental —- something I didn’t really want to deal with. Once arriving to Arrow on Friday , I was taken care of by RICHARD GOFIGAN , their Rental Car Assistant. He was courteous, friendly , and fast. He wasted no time and I as out of there in under 20 minutes. Imagine my surprise when RICHARD informed me I had a four day rental that NATE set up for me. And it was Free to me !!! Pretty sweet , right ??? Fast forward to Monday , I get a call from Nate Letting me know he’s finishing up the paper work and my explorer is Ret to Go !!! Fun fact : on Wednesday, five days earlier , when Nate was apologizing for the snafu —- he told me he would get me a discount and that he applied a 10% parts and labor discount for the inconvenience. He told me he was real sorry the vehicle was here well over the quoted timeframe. Btw I GOT THAT DISCOUNT TOO !!!!! The best part about Nate’s world class customer service can be summarized in how he ends each text message “ If you have any questions or need anything please let me know! --Nate Miller” Fantastic. Right ???!!! What’s Even better is that this guy means it!!! So in summary ( I prolly should’ve gone with a cliff notes version , but my recent experience deserved to be laid out in detail) … my explorer is fixed and I paid a lot less than I was prepared to pay and during my inconvenience— I was supplied with a rental to ease my disruption —- Nate Miller , Richard G. & Arrow Ford Service flipped the script for me and I am a fan ( well as long as Nate is supervising my explorer !!!)

We had a horrible experience with TJ in service. From the start he was very disrespectful and didn’t not seem like he wanted to work with us. After lying multiple times my husband and I ended up picking my car up and they didn’t even fix the recall problem and we had left my car Monday and TJ said it would be two days then as we pick up my car says that if we drop my car off again next Monday morning they will have it done Monday afternoon. I was confused on why they couldn’t get it done in two days but expect to get it done in one afternoon? Also TJ would not communicate with us and we would even call and he never called us back for an update.

I just came in for an oil change, the Works which includes a tire rotation. I had an appointment. I was there almost 2 hours. It was the longest I have ever waited when I had an appointment. I usually get my oil changed at the dealership, but I am seriously considering going the faster route with a 10-15 minute place. The staff are great and friendly. You get 3 stars for that.

The service was great especially the arrow for life program. The only thing was that our vehicle was ready earlier in the day, but we did not get notified. The person who helped us sent the report to notify us sent it to a person who was off work. Not a big deal we just wish we had been notified earlier in the day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Arrow Ford Quick Lane really exceeded my expectations! The customer service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they also took the time to explain everything clearly. The work they did on my vehicle was impeccable - you can tell they really know their stuff. I left feeling completely satisfied and impressed with both the service and the quality of work. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, expert auto care.

This was my first six month oil change since purchasing my Ford Edge. The service was outstanding and as promised when I purchased my Edge the oil change was free. I would highly recommend Arrow Ford to anyone looking to purchase vehicle. They have been easy to work with. Ask for Barry Gurley he will treat you right.

Arrow Ford is definitely NOT the right choice. Go anywhere but here, unless you have unlimited time, money and alternate transportation. I took my car in because the blinker was going out. JD in Quick Lane said they’d check it, but it was probably something the main shop would have to do, with a diagnostic starting at 189.00. They also supposedly did a courtesy multi point inspection, and passed everything but, wouldn’t ya know, my tires are in the danger zone. When I again checked in with JD, I made sure to ask about the washer fluid, and he assured me it was checked. It was not. When I checked again through the link provided, it finally showed they filled that. Quick Lane lied. Did not check the bulbs. Took it to the main shop. 4 days later, when I called Randy in main to check on it, they told me they didn’t have a ticket on it! I called JD in Quick Lane and told me to send a car for me (I live 25 miles out,) that I was coming to get my car. Although I had paid for a new key fob and air cleaner over the link, the cashier tried to charge me again. When I got my keys, they did not have my car ready, and JD sent me out in 102 degree heat to look around the side of the building for it. I walked up and down the side and front of the building, pressing the alarm button. Still no car. Then some guy literally ran at me outta nowhere, and asked if I was looking for my car. Yes! He took my keys, ran around the other side of the building, and I didn’t see him for 15 minutes! I’m really steamed more, and I told JD and another Quick Lane guy. Finally, my car was brought around to me. I get to Petro smith, and get a call from JD, saying that as I drive away, they noticed I didn’t have my taillight. Are you kidding me?! Never again, Arrow Ford. Never again.
