I honestly cannot say enough great things about Clark Nissan in Abilene! First and foremost the display of outdoor vehicles is truly impressive and unlike what you'd see at other local dealers. You can tell people travel from all over to get the best deals, often provided by an ever so helpful sales associate Dennis! As a previous Nissan Pathfinder and Nissan Rouge owner with friends who also love their Nissans, definitely worth making the trip to check out their inventory. Still sad about the Nissan Murano Convertible but one can dream again!

Did not have a good experience with these guys. 1. Attitude issues from sales. 2. Manager telling a paying customer todo math yourself is the QUICKEST way to push business away. For a SMOOTH and simple professional transaction go see Kyle over at Kia of Abilene those guys stayed till 10:30 pm to close and sell a vehicle. I hope no one else has an experience like I did.

Bought my first Nissan (Rogue) from McGavack Nissan. Always had great service. When my Rogue was totaled in.an accident, I went straight to Clark Nissan. I was planning to get another Rogue, but asked my Sales Associate, Katie Henderson, about the next size up from a Rogue, thinking about safety in a larger vehicle!!! Her eyes lit up, "we just got a trade in, a Murano. Would you like to see it?" YES!!! She brought it to the front!! GEORGOUS!! Looked brand new!! Low mileage, beautiful interior, supper sharp!!! After the test drive, I. was hooked!! While I was getting all the paperwork done, she had it washed & detailed!!! I drove home in my "new" SUV!!! Even my husband loved it!!! Spacious interior for his long legs!!! I get all maintenance done at Clark Nissan, very friendly & courteous staff. Katie has even checked in with me several times to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase!!!!! If I ever decide to get another vehicle, I will go straight to Clark Nissan!!! I bought a 2024 Pre owned Nissan Rogue from Clark Nissan a couple of weeks ago. It was the single smoothest vehicle purchase I’ve ever been a part of. I was too busy to initially come into the store so after letting Austin Boger, Sales Professional know the details of what I was looking for I received pictures of all aspects of the perfect vehicle. Jay Martinez General Sales Manager worked hard to get me the perfect loan for my needs and when I came in to finalize the deal James Acosta the Finance Manager had my paperwork ready and it took all of 15 minutes and I was driving away in my pristinely detailed Nissan Rogue. I’ll be bringing my Rogue to Clark Nissan the cleanest service department I’ve ever seen for all of my service. I will not even entertain buying a vehicle anywhere but Clark Nissan for all of my future vehicles.

Katy was such a huge help to us during a trying time with a broken down vehicle. She worked patiently and gracefully through all of the processes of buying a new car and laid things out perfectly so that there was no confusion about anything. Any questions we had she knew the answers immediately! Clark Nissan will have our business moving forward for the foreseeable future due in large part to Katy and the finance team! I’ve always been nervous about buying cars because let’s be real you picture things going a certain way and they don’t always play out how you want them to. However, Dennis was not only helpful and kind, but a true representative of caring for his customers and working with you to get what you want/need and give you confidence of owning a vehicle from them. I was a previous Volkswagen owner and I wanted to like the car, but when the dealer doesn’t give you the confidence of owning their brand especially with maintenance issues on a already gently used vehicle, Clark Nissan was the move. The mechanics have alway been very nice. However the people you go inside and pay for your service/ parts have been terrible lately. A few months ago went in to pick up my car and they lost my keys and had to call their manager who was gone. I went today March 7 at 2:55pm to pay for my engine filter change and pick up my car, and got treated horribly. I knew they were about to close, but it takes two minutes to pay and pick up a car. The lady made a snarky comment about me coming in late. And then when I went to pay it was a bit more than what I was told over the phone so I checked to make sure they didn’t charge for my free oil change. The lady got annoyed and impatient with me looking over it and again made a rude comment and wanted me to hurry up and pay. Again the mechanics have been very nice, just overall reception is very bad.
