Some kind person keyed my 2024 Duramax from the front fender, across both doors, rear fender and beyond the wheel well. Lovely. These guys took it in THE DAY I TOOK IT IN, and I don’t know what kind of juju voodoo they worked back in the shop the next few hours, but I cannot tell it ever happened. And I’m picky. Never turned it in to my insurance company. You guys made me very, very happy. No one gets my stuff any more except KCC. Beautiful work, and they are definitely the PROS in Abilene!!!

We met Rick, the owner of Key City Collision, while having coffee and discovered that his company was equipped to complete some very much needed cosmetic work on our car (2005 Lexus LS430. The very personal care given to us by staff mirrored the first impression we received from Rick. If you’re looking for a local body shop for repairs, I highly recommend Key City. Was rear ended, had damage to rear bumper and 3 little dents on tailgate. When They called to let me know my pickup was ready. I had a great surprise. You see the rear bumper was replaced and I was expecting PDR on those 3 dents. When I received my truck they had painted my the whole tailgate, i was thinking they will pop out those dents. You see my tailgate paint was peeling off and I walk back in. The two gentlemen at the front counter asked if everything was ok? I said no, they said what is wrong? I told them, you painted my whole tailgate, I was just expecting you to pop those dents. They both laughed and said we are here to take care of you right! What a blessing, that tailgate look just like new. Thank you to you all for your hard work and time. I really appreciate you all!

I’ve known Greg for many years and used whatever body shop he was at when I needed repair. Key City is very fortunate to have Greg at the helm of their new location and that shop was the cleanest most well organized body shop I’ve ever stepped foot into! After a long ordeal, I finally got my truck back. 😊She looks brand new! Even better than before! I owe that to Ricky Donald and his team at Key City Collision, in Abilene, Texas. I can’t believe what they were able to accomplish. Accidents are hard. What is even harder, companies that want to take advantage of you while you are at your lowest. That is what I was dealing with when Ricky offered to help. I went with a repair shop my insurance suggested. Bad idea. I’m not close to Abilene, or Key City would have been my first choice. After I got notice they were going to total her, I reached out to Ricky. Within 24 hours, he had scheduled the tow and got it to his shop in Abilene, well on its way to repair. Needless to say, she did not need to be totaled. Look at her now! She is glowing better than ever! If you need an honest explanation, one with integrity and a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise, please know you have that at Key City Collision and with Ricky Donald. I can’t thank Ricky or his team enough.
