I will only come to RPG from now on! Pep Boys told me I needed a new engine and they couldn’t fix an OIL LEAK, I took it to Ben for a 2nd opinion and he fixed it, the oil leak for $303!! He even put in my headlight bulb for me! Great and honest people! I highly recommend them! His wife and mother run the office, both sweet ladies! My family is so grateful for what they did for us!!

The worst business ever. I needed a stud on my tire fixed. My appointment was at 9 am I showed up 15 minutes early and they told me I would have to wait, because they had already put a car in the bay. It was their mistake that they had already taken a car back. Then they said that we couldn't stay there. I had taken my son with me and no place to go. I couldn't even leave my car. They said It could take up to 8 hours to replace the stud. They have couches and still would not let us stay there. They said we would have to leave. If I could leave no stars I would. Such rude customer service.

I was recommended to come to this place for an A/C compressor replacement towards the end of 2022 and was not disappointed! RPG garage diagnosed the issue (which came with a charge of about $100 ish dollars that they included into the overall cost of the replacement about $700) and ordered/replaced the part over the span of a weekend. The service was professional, the parts/labor were affordable, and I was also able to get warranty on the part. All to say, I highly recommend RPG Garage for your car repairs. With that being said, please keep in mind that they do not finance and therefore you may need to plan accordingly.

I can't thank RPG Garage enough for the help they gave me with our truck. We went to another establishment to get the oil changed, and when we came home our truck sounded like an airplane. The other establishment told us that leaves had fallen into the fan for the ac, and they didn't have the tools to get them out. I made an appointment with RPG, and they didn't disappoint. They got the leaves out and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I will definitely be going back!

I sincerely can’t say enough positive things about RPG, this has been the very best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop! Kristen and Jason went above and beyond with customer service trying to help me with my car, from giving me a ride while my car was being worked on to running across town to find a missing tire key. Throughout it all they have been so kind, patient, and understanding. Not to mention they did great work, gave a fair price, and worked hard to have a quick turnaround since I was on a time crunch! They gained a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone/anyone I know.

I went there 12/06/2023. I had set up an appointment and had my vehicle diagnosed in an extremely timely manner. They allowed me to know what was wrong with my vehicle and told me the prices of each fix. Leaving it up to me to ultimately decide but making me feel comfortable in the fact that they were being honest. They did what I needed the most and what I could afford. Had my vehicle fixed the same day. Kept me up to date on progress. Extremely courteous company. I am appreciative for their willingness and efforts to help others get back on the road safely. I have been using RPG for awhile now. I won’t use anyone else. I got back into town and need to leave out of town again within a week and need some work done and they were able to get me in and get it done before I had to leave. They are not the usual shops that just look for anything and everything to just try and just look for any means necessary to push for sales. They fix what needs to be fixed and if anything else that’s in that area they are working on that needs to be fixed they break down the prices for each problem and call you to let you know and you decide. They are not pushy at all. For your peace of mind check them out. They are great people and friendly to talk to. They will always have my business. Keep up the good work. Thanks Kristin and Ben.
