Came here for an oil change, they wanna tell me I gotta pay 100 bucks extra for an oil change that don’t even cost 100 bucks to begin with, because they can’t fit my 45,000 dollar van in there bay. My 45,000 dollar FORD van. Won’t be back to this Ford dealer!

Would not recommend going here. I’d rather go to Walmart have my car done than ever go here they take 45 hours to do a oil change and they try to get you to buy all this extra stuff that you don’t need and a half a** job do not recommend going here to get service done save your money and go somewhere else

You get a price for service and then they add on "shop fees", "miscellaneous", or "green fee". When I am given a price that is what I expect to pay. Not a charge then extras that may be added at our discretion. IF you ever get a price up front explain that is what you will pay.

Wow. They should really rename it to just service lane instead of "quick lane". I cannot believe that it takes over two hours for an oil change. No remorse from employees. I guess managers are content with subpar service. Nobody was in line!!!

TURTLE LANE SERVICE Really should change the name to TURTLE lane service ! 5.25 hours for a simple slow leak on a tire that we purchased thru these people. On top of that they attempted to chArge me 150 bucks for this tire that was covered under the tire warranty!!!!! It does NOT matter if you have an appointment or not others had appointments and has waits in excess of 4 plus hours . ... the front desk personnel Lied and said it would be 1-1.5 hours wait.... so a lying front desk and a really slow back end on service makes me REGRET buying anything from TURTLE lane service at arrow ford in Abilene Texas. This is my SECOND BAD experience with them and I pray will be by last ...discount tire will be my next tire purchase

I was on a trip and wanted to get a oil change done went to this ford. People were super nice only giving 3 starts because it took 2 hours and they forgot the sticker in the vehicle. And my vehicle is old so I don’t have a oil light. had to right down the number I was at.

All of the change was stolen from my car while getting an oil change. I called the manager to complain and he said it was probably the transients that roam the parking lot. I asked him to find it on the security cameras and he stated they have none. He further stated that his guys are paid so much that he didn't think they would have done it. So, manager is clueless and no security cameras for the entire building, inside or out. I won't be taking my vehicle there again.

I will never use there detail service again. I took it in today for the first time using them. It was the $75 detail. It had water spots still over it. Rims were still dirty and only just threw on tire shine. Streak marks over every window. $75 I expected more from the dealership. I hate to see how they do the $135 detail. Very bad for a first time customer.

I purchased a $60k vehicle from Arrow Ford and had multiple issues with my points being loaded towards the Ford Pass program. I left a bad review with Arrow Ford directly and a nice lady called and told me that she was working on getting the points loaded on to my account which I appreciated very much. She also told me that I was supposed to be given double the points due to the price of my vehicle. She asked if I could go back and re-review them, which I did, and thought that I was being taken care of. I was mistaken because a month later I still don't have my points. I also have not been credited for the services that I have had to paid for due to not having points. It seams to me that they only care about your review and not the actual customer.

This Quicklane is so hit or miss. My first experience in May of 2021 was horrible. I spent all day and took 2 trips fighting with them about where my locking lug nut key was (brand new vehicle and it was in the manual, which I told them repeatedly). After all that they did give me a free service which I redeemed recently. That experience was okay, it did take 3 hrs but they were able to shuttle me home and pick me up when my vehicle was done. Today I took my husband's truck for an oil change and tire rotation, whenever I call they say it's going to be a 3 hr wait so I showed up 30 minutes before they opened and when they finally did open I was told they aren't taking anyone today because they had computer issues yesterday. I am so frustrated with this place. We have been trying to use our Ford points from buying our vehicles then we will be going elsewhere but you can't even get in to get serviced so you can use your points. Bottom line, if you don't have to come here don't.
