“You think pipe is cheap?!” Exact words said to me after I said I wanted 2.5in exits. Discussing a 350 price, that price should include what the customer wants if they wanted 2.5, then gonna be another 100? If I decided to go smaller, well more profit then. It was made aware on the phone it was 2.5 in exits and 3 in inlet on the muffler. I’ve done my research and know what I want and what will be done to my truck in the future. I love the work that’s done there due to past experiences and could have made a deal for next size down since that would still provide the flow I wanted for the future. But The attitude and the tone that was delivered is what turned me away. I could hear him griping to the guy outside about what I wanted as I was going to my truck. I work with customers every day, I wouldnt have a job if I wasn’t professional. Professionalism is what is needed, and that’s not what was there.

Quoting 5 hours, and just under $4k, I could use an open end wrench and still change out my 4 cats and O2 sensors in half the time. O'Reilly sells the down stream O2s for 1/3 the price. Shop online and change them yourself. Easy job!

Lurch, I think was his name, if not I deeply apologize. He listened to my issue I had with my exhaust. Quoted me a great price and went straight to work. I couldn't be any happier. New 3 inch pipe, he put on my brand new flowmaster super 10 and angled my two 5 inch diesel tips. It sounds sooooo good and he did such an awesome job. I tiped him about $30 more. Well worth the money. I highly recommend and would come back again for sure. Thank you AApple Muffler, you guys rock.

Came in around closing time. Pleased to see that someone was willing to help us out even at closing. Not only that, fixed out exhaust pipe free of charge. I'm not saying that you should expect free service, but he didn't seem to mind helping us out. 10/10 would recommend again.

We lost the exhaust pipe on our RV in Abilene,TX. Scott Paine recommended Aapple Muffler. They were able to fabricate a muffler to fit and welded extra bracing so it wouldn't happen again. Back in April of 2025 I took my vehicle there I was told I need catalytic converters they tell me how much it would be and had it set up for next week. About a week after the repair was done I started getting codes and misfire. I took the vehicle to a few shops to check out the sensors and the sensors were good. One shot that I took it to for a different reason when they took it on the test drive the code popped up again ask me about it I told them it has been doing it since about a week after I had the catalytic converter replaced. They looked at it and suggested that I take it back to the place that did the work. I called the next day and they said bring it in on Wednesday before noon I was there at 11:40 a.m.. You seem very agitated and tell me to bring it back at 2:30 I showed him a picture the broken bolt replacement and how it's been leaking. He said he'd have to get in the air and look at it for himself. When I came back the owner was very condescending saying why didn't the other shop fix it. I tried to explain to him it wasn't their work to begin with. He said some more heated words walked off and sit down the technician came and got the key. A few minutes later the owner came back and started being agitated condescending and rude. Kept on saying the other shop should have fixed it. When they did fix the problem he was still condescending rude and agitated I got my key and walked out got my car and he followed me all the way to my car still saying something but who knows what it is if this was the last place on Earth I would never take my vehicles to it. Some of that stuff that he was sayingabout the previous technician that was working on it was a thief and a liar. It is not my problem on who he hires I did not hire the person to work on my vehicle I hired the shop.
