TLDR; I had an absolutely amazing experience here, and I will be coming here for all repairs going forward. Long review but I truly want to covey how happy I am. My brakes have been making noise ever since I bought the car a few months ago. I took it back to the dealers shop several times because they are a certified Subaru dealer/shop and should be experts on what’s going on. They told me there was nothing wrong, they didn’t know what the sound was and that I had plenty of break pad… very frustrating. Decided to make an appointment at Outlier for a second opinion and to make sure my car was safe to be driving in. When I came in, Mike explained what was likely going on with my breaks. I am by no means knowledgeable on cars but the way he explained was very easy to understand and made a lot of sense. Never had an auto shop take the time to explain and answer questions before, so that was amazing. After Outlier looked at it, they confirmed what the issue was and that I should probably get new brake pads/rotors soon. I decided to get them replaced that day at Outlier. They used Subaru parts as well which was great!! Whole process only took a few hours. Very fair pricing, amazing service and the noise is finally gone! I feel safe driving my car now and if I could give more than 5 stars I would :)

Outlier auto's team made it easy to schedule. I really appreciated getting a detailed quote ahead of time (their pricing is competitive), and John taking time to determine my preferences on parts. The team was willing to do a couple more things I asked about when I dropped off my car, and they did them well. When I checked out, Mike took the time to explain what they found and how they fixed things. And they kept me informed on the progress of the car throughout the day.

I brought my car in for a broken air conditioner. They ran a diagnostic and discovered it was a broken air condenser. The estimate was $1,600, but an employee at Outlier looked into it and my car maker offered an extended warranty for the issue. They printed the warranty out and encouraged me to try my dealer. My dealer ended up covering it 100%. I really appreciate Outlier's honesty and will take my car back the next time it needs something.

Mike and Rob were extremely helpful fixing my vehicle. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service from the whole team (I'm looking at you John). They even accommodated me when I needed to tow the vehicle to the company that messed up the car in the first place and then back to them to actually finish repairs (long story). I would never return to this business. Carmen was quite rude not only do I feel this way but I saw him being extremely rude to other customers while I was there. Will not refer anyone and will tell my friends this is not a trustworthy business.

Our Durango started having problems with the coolant temp getting high. Basically did the entire scheduling through email, website, and text message, could not have been easier. I was hoping it was something small, but I kinda of had a feeling going in it was going to be something big, I already knew we had to address an issue with the catalytic converter, but if it was minor I thought we might be able to squeeze another year out of it. We opted not to get the repairs done, not because of the quote, the quote was very fair, I had to have similar work done on another vehicle but had way less miles, but this Durango is a 2015 and has 205,000 miles on it. Their diagnostic was awesome and very detailed. their shop is clean, they were very customer service oriented. Even though we didn't end up getting the repairs done, they treated me like a long time customer and with nothing but professionalism and understanding . I will be back for sure, I think other repair shops (independent and chain alike) could benefit from how well Outlier communicates and delivers customer service.

I brought my BMW E39 M5 to Auto-Motive for the dreaded timing chain guide service. Mike and the guys made quick work of it and kept me in the loop through the whole process. fit me in for an oil change the same day I called to schedule, really professional, almost upscale atmosphere, and reasonable pricing for my oil/oil filter change. It took less than an hour from arriving there, and while I waited the service technician Mike C. answered a few questions I had for him about upcoming preventative maintenance I was interested in, he reassured me I wasn’t being a bother at all by asking these, and answered as helpful/honest as I felt he could’ve. Recommending this place to my family in the area for whatever fluid changing, parts fixing, and inspections/analysis' in the future.
