Everything says that Ozuna closes at 6pm. Roadside assistance got me there at about 4:50, but they were closed, with the "open" neon sign still on. So I had the tow truck take me to a professional auto shop.

I dont like mechanic saying "not now" but this guy real speedy gonzales. He changed 4 brake pads and rotors in 1hour without issue. Moreover, he checked and added all absent fluid without charge. Strictly recomended!!!

The mechanic was a nice guy but I’m very unhappy with the service repair of my Bmw I had leaks from gaskets from the engine last year spent $1200 out of pocket and now the car has leaks & even more leaks because of those leaks & anybody knows that Bmw isn’t a cheap fix. I put my trust that he can do the job now I have to spend double but not with him again!! Take your foreign cars somewhere else or you will be disappointed ☹️

Firestone quoted $1000 and OZUNA did it for 500 and I asked about an oil change and he offered me a fully synthetic oil change & fluid top-off for $65. What a deal! He explained to me how uncommon that was, but he took the time to explain why he is incentivized to go the extra mile for his customers. Why? Simply, because he cares. That care was precisely what I felt. I called a week ago to make an appointment, then called again today to make sure they were ready for me. On a holiday weekend, they made sure I was in and out, offering tea, coffee, and refreshments in the homey office where transactions are finalized. Ozuna showed me the damage I accumulated on my car and I was even able to snap a picture of the damage! Once I got my car back, it drove like never before. I got my belt & tensioner fixed + my flex pipe. This difficult manual labor was all done by Ozuna (the owner) and his right-hand man who took care of me with a smile as they guaranteed me their work. I didn’t expect to have such a great experience, but I can tell you I have finally found my mechanic. My car is riding better than ever and I don’t have a $1000 hole in my pocket. Ozuna earned every dollar he made fixing my car and on top of that, he earned my respect. OZUNA & HIS WIFE ARE THE BEST.

Turns out that my vehicle needed a new engine and radiator and since I was not prepared to jump into a new car just yet i took a chance with Ozuna's auto repair and i can honestly say im glad i did. from the begin they were very upfront with the cost and what it will entail to have my car running again. they kept me informed thru the whole process and did an excellent job bringing my car back to life. Im thankful and appreciative and will definitely recommend this auto repair to anyone.

I sent my wife to this mechanic shop for a easy fix. We needed a new thermostat put in the car. A simple, simple job. Well somehow this establishment put that part in backwards which caused the engine to blow. Now they will not admit fault even though a licensed mechanic is stating that this place put the part in backwards. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

I brought my car here from north jersey! He is friendly took the time out to show me what was wrong with my car. Good reasonable prices! He cares about his customers and is a great mechanic! His wife is the front desk lady and she is super nice too!. Def a nice couple that know what they are doing! Will definitely come back to for my next oil change and any problems that arise with my car!!! Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here!
