Con artist. I was quoted 500 dollars to replace my steering column due to theft vandalism, over a week later constantly being told they lost my cell number and were trying to call me. I finally get the vehicle back and 2 weeks later the steering column is making a grinding noise and making steering very difficult to turn. I took it back, 3 days no call back. I finally call them and get more run around about a receipt they cant find, now the guy is telling for another 120 bucks he'll put a new one in for me... Scam company. Do NOT do business here, they are very disorganized and apparently looking for a shake down on ppl.Ive reported them to the Better Business Bureau and have now contacted an attorney for fraud and negligence allowing me to leave their shop in an unsafe vehicle.

We were having our vehicle diagnosed for a service light that went on and when we returned to this business, after no response or phone calls (after being promised they would get back to us), they stated that it was something other than what they were checking the vehicle for. Not and honest place and will not do business with them in the future.

Oh more than happy to. My car has been there for 3weeks now. I originally took there for a honorary warranty from another states machanics work. The original place half fixed my fuel injectors so this place was referred by the warranty specialist. Pending payment this P&A while calling to check on the status the secretary was very rude uninformative and short. I've been given misinformation and finally when I lost if from keep calling the girl told me if I couldn't understand she could provide someone to speak in Spanish to me. I'm black. Anywho back and forth with the warranty place which said they would cover full price a week ago these ppl tell me they haven't touched the car. Man fix my car been there since 11/16/21 to date...

They looked at my car for two seconds. Charged me 40 dollars. To tell me they can redo the work. Tell me my vehicle was safe to drive. And then shamed me for being not wealthy and not able to drop hundreds of dollars on a repair. I was shamed and extorted out of money by a place I will never for so long as I live do business with or associate with this god forsaken mechanic trap. The stereotypical mechanic your father warns you about. Darwin Cabrera does business illegally. Given an infinite amount of time I will never do business with this man or any company he is affiliated with. He actively incentives his employees to mislead customers, the incredibly rude manager I'd rather chew lead than ever deal with them again.

I came in almost at closing and they still did the repairs. I needed brakes and rotors and oil change. They stayed until almost 7pm. I had to work in the morning and would not have been able to return and they took good care of me. I would recommend them to anyone. Not a lot of shops would stay late. Oh and the girl in the front she was the sweetest. She kept me company while waiting. Very friendly people! - hyundai sonata

Worst mechanic I have ever been to. I had an older diesel they said they could work on. Vehicle ended up sitting at their shop for more than 6 weeks- every week their head mechanic (I forget his name) said they would work on it. I asked to drain the fluid, hook up the new batteries and see if it turns over - wouldn't do it. Said the engine turns over but it was a steering column issue. I eventually had it taken to another mechanic (a friend) and the engine is seized. They lied to my face, charged me $280 for doing nothing, and waste my time. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and support a small local business. Unfortunately the were dishonest with me and wasted my time and money. Look elsewhere.

I had to tow my car and they are pretty close to my home so I decided to give them a chance. It needed a new starter so I payed for one. It was acting weird as soon as I left the shop with my car. They reassured me they put in a new starter so I went on about my day...It wouldn't turn on in the afternoon and I had to take ANOTHER tow to them. They didn't apologize or nothing. Apparently the person that installed it made a mistake. Then about a month later my car started making power steering noises. They had the nerve to charge me $80 for just filling up the fluid (which I swear I had checked myself before taking it to them) and telling me I needed new struts. They didn't took in consideration how I had to spend money on a second tow for their mistake and quite frankly I felt taken advantage of.

They’ll sell customers parts they don’t need because they’re unable to, or too lazy to look up wiring diagrams (for example) and because they want to upsell parts, then ream them with parts and labor costs, apparently even over basic work.

I have brought my car here four times. They have always fixed my car for a reasonable price, and without any extraneous charges or additional "problems" popping up . That's really what you want from a mechanic, right? Customer service is weak, and they always seem to need a day or two longer than they say at first. It can be irritating because I have to call them and ask when my car will be ready. 5 stars if they'd improve communication.

Do not use this dusty lying unorganized place. The receptionist lied about my catalytic converter delivery for a entire month. I call this year bc low and behold the converter they installed is malfunctioning. I needed to get record of the warranty and the lying receptionist claimed they had no record of the repair at all or the warranty after the run around bs lie she put us through last year. Do not use this place Don't waste your money.

I went here today and ended up in a situation where I had to call the police. I went here today to see what was going on with my car, they told me it would be a diagnostic fee of 105.00 on top of any service smh .Ten minutes into the service I noticed I only had my phone to pay by tap, no other form of payment. So I rang the bell at the front desk and waited for the lady at the front to come back. When she came back she stated the diagnostic had been done , mind you she stated it would take about a hour to an hour and a half to do the diagnostic. I informed her that I could only pay by tap. I asked for my car to go get a different form of payment or asked if someone could take me. They refused to give me my car and take me to get another form of payment. Then the police were called long story short , I got my car back and paid them. I would never recommend going to this place customer service is terrible and they treat you less than human . No compassion at all for their customers.

I came to this auto shop to have my car serviced today and dropped it off this morning. I was very pleased when I received a call the same day to come pick it up. When I arrived, we had some issues using my Snap card to pay for the services. They made sure to help me by talking on the phone with Snap customer service to resolve the issue and stayed an hour past close as well. The customer service is awesome and they truly went above and beyond for me. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area that wants quality, speedy service and great customer service!

I'm excited that I found a auto repair shop like P&A! After dealing with multiple janky mechanics they've saved me evertime Ive needed them. This shop has helped me multiple times. The very 1st time I came to them my caliper was broken off and needed to be replaced. They stayed late on a Saturday so that my son and I would have a safe truck to drive around in. They redid my back brakes, rotors and calipers. After a so called mobile mechanic, didn't do it right the 1st time. They showed me that the rotor was chipped and a great amount and my brake line was cut off on one side. They cleaned and filled my rear differential. They did a tune up 2 weeks ago after my check engine light came on and fixed my emergency brake too. I've never had a bad experience dealing with them. And I recommend them to everyone who needs a Great auto repair shop and truly trustworthy mechanic. I'll forever bring my truck or any other car I have to them. .

These guys were great! Got stranded in Denver with my car making a terrible noise. I had them tow me to their shop and they called me to let me know it was just the AC belt. They only charged me for the diagnostic and the tow and it was less than 400 dollars. They got me in and out very quick and I’m able to get back to the mountains for work because of these amazing guys! Highly recommend

Started with the phone call. The guy was friendly and willing to get me in right away. I went to other places and they quoted me around $900 without even diagnosing the oil leak. The guys at P&A got me in and knew by my description what the problem was. Was able to do the job at half the price and same day. These guys are a life saver. I do CCW classes/gun safety classes and need my car daily. I can't thank these guys enough. Will recommend and all my future work I'm coming to them!

This place are money grabbers. Do not take your car here. I do not believe they did a full diagnostics and they broke the glass off of my drivers side mirror with out informing me or fixing it. They will rake you over the coals with costs. No let me clarify the mirror was not broken when I brought it in. It was just fine. And it was not 10 days it was literally 7 days. It was there from Thursday to Thursday. And you didn’t do a full service of what it needed. I told the person when I dropped it off that it didn’t need an alternator that it may be something electrical. And I got told it was the alternator and some other things. Regardless i appreciate the help because I didn’t have money but that doesn’t excuse the fact that i was given a wrong diagnostic. And the mirror was broken when I arrived to pick it up and no one had told me that. It is inexcusable because when it got jumped the person who jumped my car also said oh it may be the starter so therefore indicating that you have not done your job thoroughly. So yes I will leave this review.
