Never go here they messed up my car they pulled out the motor to my car to fix the crash and they installed it wrong causing the heads to over heat when I questioned george he stated he's not a mechanic and doesn't know anything about cars....then why they pull the motor I will definitely see the in court they dont know what they are doing when I took it to the dealership they said this mistake cannot be done on accident it was intentional im not the only one they always got calls from previous clients with complaints and motors being blown

Very bad customer service, paid 3000 for my grand father's truck. Post to do the job in 3 weeks took them over 6 weeks no phone calls no pictures of progress. Left unpainted spots, and scratches.

This is the second review I'm writing for this place. I've written one before but it seems to have somehow been deleted. This place sucks, don't go here! Jorge lied about getting my car back in the shape it was before the accident. He put the wrong grill on my car and then tried to charge me more when I pointed it out. He did not honor the price on his estimate and the paint job wasn't good. I even left the car there for longer but he still didn't paint it properly and said that the paint cost too much so he didn't want to get more paint unless I paid him more. All in all a waste of about $2,300 dollars as he didn't even line my hood up right. I REGRET going to P&P. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Mario's right across from him is the place I wish I'd gone. Update - 1/4/18 HAHA!! Jorge, you never repaired my vehicle? Well I've got a receipt from you so your memory must be slipping. You were supposed to repaint the hood after I told you that the paint job was splotchy but you still did not and told me that you'd have to charge me more because the paint was expensive. You didn't even order the right grill for my car.

i just went through an insurance job with this auto shop. stay away, find another shop that will do honest work. this place pretty much committed insurance fraud and did not replace parts that were "okay to replace" by insurance. when i called them out they replaced my hood which i was most uneasy about. when they did that they could not spray it right and there are atleast 100 solvent pops on my hood. so fed up i dont even want to call them anymore. they are lucky its white and harder to see.. I'm taking it somewhere else to get sprayed and paying my own money. if this is how they treat a luxury sports car I would be hesitant. STAY AWAY!

I Have to say really great service. The Big Boss "Jorge" Really knows how to take care of his customers. As you can see on the picture that spoiler on my 2015 Mustang Looks Amazing. If I could give them a lower I would I thought Jorge was a cool dude at first and they worked fast but that was not the case, I took them 2 cars 1 was some repair work and 1 was a full complete paint job they took much longer than he initially told us ontop of that they were careless with handling 1 of the cars they removed the seat and stored it in the bed with rims and tires and the seat was permanently stained on my customers car what we thought would just come off with a nice detail when the car was fully completed ended up not coming off and Jorge was initially helpful saying he would replace but then doubled back on his word and said he won't take responsibility for it when i clearly told him this happened while I'm their possession and gave him the logic explanation on how it happened he refused to be reasonable and tried to give every excuse in the book to not be help responsible after I took him 2 cars well over $14-15k worth of work he couldn't handle a $500 hiccup and is now forcing me to be the 1 footing the bill on behalf of their negligence I will no longer bring work their way and I advise everyone be aware!!!! Ontop of that they had the vehicle for months and I dropped it off in Fontana and they moved shops moved the vehicle to San Bernardino with them without giving me a heads up so we were forced to pay more for a tow as well I initially chose to give them the business because they were in Fontana (the same city I'm in) and they moved taking the vehicle with them before telling me they're transferring the vehicle
