One star is being generous. The last time I was there they new older Hispanic blonde cashier messed up the charges and acted or was incompetent in fixing it until she saw I was getting upset. Then today, 8/9/2021, I pulled up and only one car was already being dried and the final touches done so I pulled in for a quick wash. I must have waited for an attendant to come out and assist me and I was about to get in my car and drive off when finally someone grudgingly helped me. I went inside to pay when the previously mentioned woman was just moving around the cash register came and stood right in front of me then walked back to the opposite side of the register and sat down. I pushed the receipt onto the counter and told her to stop the people starting the vacuuming of my car. I started walking away to get to my car and she said she didn’t see me. I’m a big guy wearing a bright red shirt. I told her I’ll never be back and I won’t. Colton Hand Car Wash is much more friendlier and do a much better quality job.

I went in for a car wash. I have used this place for years. Today is the last time. I paid for a platinum wash and the interior of the car is still dirty. The dash wasn't wiped down, the center console wasnt wiped down. The vacuum job- well I'm not sure they even did it. The dirt that was there before the wash is still there. Waste of money.

I was a little disappointed today. I paid for the $99 wash/wax. Tipped the guy “before” he vacuumed; tipped the guy who gave me the keys too, my bad, I should have inspected it better. Began to pull away then realized there was still dirt all over the back seat and floor and the dash was wiped down only on the driver side. However, the wax job looks great.

Not going to lie but I haven't been here in quite some time only when I'm lazy lol. Every time I've been there I've had no problems. Good local car wash they do offer hand washing for those that have higher end cars that are worried about running it through the machine. But it's a car wash if your expecting a high end wash on a high end car your best bet is to do it yourself. I myself know that any type of washing will cause scratch and swirling. I'm talking about a customer that was there when I was, yelling at the staff about his 80k car. You want a high end wash and clean my price Is 250$ something that this car wash should charge for higher end cars. You got what you paid for. I bet you either left little to no tip that day. Treat people with respect. Now they know when you show up that there's going to be yelling soon. What a shame. I be back when I'm to lazy to do my own. Thank you pacific car wash.

Since being under new ownership the customer service, cleanliness and overall experience has gone down. The only thing that has gone up is their prices. I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe and they charged me a $5.00 fee. After reading other reviews I read someone was charged less than me for a truck (which I’m sure is larger than my vehicle).

I've been coming for 2 decades! That's a total of 3 changes of management. I've not been disappointed. I've referred my family here and they were pleased. So now I'm suggesting for you to visit. It covers all price points depending on what you want and how much you invest in your vehicle. Lots of great scents to choose from to freshen your car. The scent lasts not wears off in a few days like the other places.

I went in for a full car wash as my car needed the works! The price was $59.99+tax and tip I spent a total of $70!! I figured it would be worth it since my car was really dusty outside. The inside wasn't too bad but I figured the trunk could use the vacuum. Well...sadly I get home and realize: 1- paid for scent- non was applied 👃🚫🪻 2- trunk was STILL dirty, had the same dirt left untouched!! 3- the panels weren't even wiped in the back trunk 4- The passenger back door now has a gunk/scratch on it!! 5- DO NOT sit inside on the couches, they have ants which a few got on me -_-* 🐜 🐜 I don't think I'll be coming back for such an expensive wash that was probably worth way less than what I paid. If you go just get the plain basic and cross your fingers it's even worth that 🤞. As for me, I'll just need to find a better place.

Overall I was not satisfied with their service. I didn't get their least expensive wash nor their most expensive either. I took a quick look at it when they signaled me it was done and it seemed satisfactory. After driving away I began to realize that my windows were not as clean as I would have expected and many places on my dashboard were still dirty having not been wiped off at all.

Trying to cancel my membership and not getting an answer.... Do I need to leave a bad review? Please respond So I received a response and I went in filled out my paperwork to cancel membership. They called later said membership has been canceled and would I now remove my post. I wanted to wait to make sure they actually canceled and guess what? Yesterday May 12th another charge on my credit card.... Please cancel my membership Form's have been filled out ANOTHER MONTH AND ANOTHER CHARGE!!! WHAT THE....... PLEASE CALL ME!! I CANCELED 2 MONTHES AGO YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD NOT CHARGE. GLAD I DID NOT DELETE MY POST LIKE YOU REQUESTED.

They advertised a car wash deal but would not honor the same... saying the manager /owner is not on site and we don't know anything. The staff present played ignorant, saying they were not aware of any social media presence. When we should them their site/promotion, they started saying come another day, we can not do anything. Asked for the phone number, and they gave the number that does not exist. It was really a very bad experience. Would give zero star.

Don't go to this car wash they'll sign you up for a month for 10 bucks and then start taking money out of your bank automatically and be overdraft they won't give you your money back they pretty much take the money out of your bank without even you knowing watch out people

If you need a quick car wash and don’t have the time to do it yourself, then this is the place for you. Just don’t use the bathroom or sit anywhere inside. They need to put in some love to the inside and invest a bit more into their business. The staff were friendly and did a decent job on our car, I just wish they were doing better so that they can stay in business.
