I forgot to leave a review a few months ago…. So a lady ran into the back of me on the freeway and damaged the back of my vehicle. I was stressed and worried because I had a lot going on at the time. I was overwhelmed about the extent of the repairs and my car has never been in an accident before. Brian the owner calmed me down and explained the whole process to me making me feel comfortable the whole time. Insurance wanted to put used parts on my car and I was upset with that decision but Brian told me the car would look new and I wouldn’t even notice. Few days later he text me and said he actually found brand new in the box parts for my vehicle! I was so happy he found them new. A few months has passed and the paint on my car is doing well and everything else that was replaced is working great. The office people are really nice and communicate amazingly. The team at Fix Auto in Riverside off Magnolia was amazing! I drove in with a dirty car with a busted side view mirror and left with a cleaned car and fixed side view mirror. Their customer service was excellent and they provided me with updates as the repairs progressed. Knock on wood but if anything were to happen to any of my cars again, I would definitely bring it back here. Also, amazing that they have an enterprise right in front that they were able to set me up with a rental with. Appreciate the help!!

I drop my car off and everyone was so nice. They let me know what going to happen and their process. The called me with updates about the car. Told me they should have it done by Friday. That Friday afternoon they called me to pick it up. When I got there my car was washed tires glowing and the paint shining. My car looked better than I dropped it off. They went over all they did and got me out fast. Car looked better than so nice I’m have gotten compliments and offers on it. Great auto repair and even better people!

I really can't say enough about my experience. I brought my car in to be repaired after a hit and run. The staff was warm and friendly and asked about my safety in the accident. They outlined the estimation and repair process thoroughly, kept me updated on the process as the repairs were being completed, were attentive to detail with all repairs, and even completed a check-out review to make sure that all items on the vehicle were in working order prior to me leaving the lot. The owner/manager was knowledgeable and his staff very gracious. They even worked with the rental company in the same parking lot to streamline my car rental pick up and drop off. Before and after pictures. What a wonderful job this place did. It’s already a hassle to get your car fixed, but fix auto made it as painless as possible. They worked with my insurance, got me in the next day, and coordinated my rental with the rental spot. The enterprise rental is literally in the same parking lot, so I dropped my car off, jumped into a rental all in like 40min. They were so professional and fixed my car fairly quickly, my car looked great! They even washed and cleaned my car which was a huge relief when I got it. I really I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I do I will be coming back here no doubt. This place was 10/10.
