This is my first time here as I was sold by reading high reviews on yelp. The staff were friendly and I appreciate them for taking the time to detailed the car, despite the two hours wait. Price is decent with $45 deluxe wash (extra $5 for larger car). I noticed some smudges on the side of the driver side that didn't come off (main reason why I needed a wash). The staff told me that will only come off if I bring it back for a wax. I think I was a bit disappointed that a wax would cost me $145? I ended up tipping the staff $8 even though I went home with smudges on my car but cleaned interior! :)

Overall I liked this place as one of the best car wash services in the area. They have a lot of clients and honestly warn you that it could take up to 1 hour and 45 minutes for your car to be ready. They vacuumed car and trunk well, washed inside and outside. The only thing I didn't like is that windows inside were a little bit dusty, like the clothing they were cleaned it with was not clean. The interior of waiting area is great and parrot is cute.

In general, very much above average. Hence the four stars even though I’d gladly give them 5 stars for the work they did on my Civic yesterday. It is hit or miss every single time. If you inform the guys who do the cleaning and the front desk guy about what you want specifically addressed UPFRONT, you are likely to get the great attention to details that you expect. On several occasions, after they finished the work, I have had to ask them to vacuum and wipe with hand the nooks corners (interior), and they have always obliged. I’ve always chosen the $80 wash in these last 3 years, and would recommend them.

If you want the very best for your car, take it to Pacific Hand Car Wash. They’ll make it look as good as new! My wife and I have black cars which show every speck of dirt, so getting them squeaky clean isn’t easy. We’ve been going to Pacific Hand Car Wash in Campbell for a basic “Detail Wash” regularly for years, Their hard-working crew have always done an outstanding job. They take at least half an hour vacuuming, washing, rinsing, and drying everything by hand, with meticulous attention to detail. Spending $70 for a car wash ($60 plus a 15% tip) may sound outrageous, but I don’t mind paying a premium price for high quality service, especially when I know that the work is fully guaranteed. Pacific Hand Car Wash is a small, independent businesses, owned and operated by the Tang family. You’ll usually find Kevin Tang behind the register at the Campbell location (the other is in San Jose). His black-and-white cat can sometimes be coaxed to sit on your lap which makes the long wait a bit more tolerable. Ditto for the talking parrot. I highly recommend Pacific Hand Car Wash!

The generally do a good job, I brought my truck here, and was impressed. Brought the BMW and they forgot to dress the tires -_-, it’s a bit annoying when you wait for an hour to get your car done, and it’s not done right.

I searched google reviews and yelp reviews and went to here. Place is nice. Staff is kind. But there were really long line I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes at Pasific Hand Car wash place. This is no problem, but I think because of crowded they didn't give enough attention to my car. I bought deluxe detaile wash to $50. But my car wasn't enough clean for this price. I think they should be more careful about this. But if they change about this and give me promise for more attention, I can choose here because of easy to go here and they have Louie who is the most cute parrot.

Came in to see how much it would be to get my SUV washed here. Cashier didn't bother greeting me when I walked up to the register and just acted like he didn't want to be there. When I asked how much they would charge to wash an SUV he gave me some gibberish answer, clearly still unclear as to how much it would cost, and acted like he didn't want to deal with me the entire time. Atter that, I just walked out since it's pretty obvious they don't need my business. I would definitely recommend this place if you like to pay for poor service at a place that doesn't even want your business.

Took my car here to get an exterior wash, and soon as I got home I noticed that the plastic trim on my door was full of scratches and left my tire hood without removing the dirt. Initially, took my car at their santa clara location but wasn't satisfied with the service and so I took my car at the bascom location thinking they may be better, but i was wrong. It's by far worst than the other location.

I let water spots dry onto my car and bake in the sun for 2 months. It was an expensive repair, but these guys fixed it. The car initially came back with some abrasion marks where they had to dig deep into the clearcoat, but Kevin repaired it for me the next day no questions asked. You will have to pay for quality work here, but you will receive quality work.

I had an issue with one of the services. The owner was extremely quick to respond and has been awesome to correspond with. The only thing keeping me from even at five stars is we're still working towards the final resolution. Will update once that happens. But overall these guys take their business very seriously and are great to deal with.

TLDR; for the wait and the $90 you may find similar quality elsewhere Looks great from afar, but like most things the devil is in the details. We went on an extensive road trip (~1200 miles) and the amount of bug on the car was impressive. The wait was around 2 hours, so make sure you budget the time needed for this. One tip if you have a Tesla is bring your key (credit card shaped) with you, that way you don't have to leave your phone. Again, people will see my car and see it as shiny. But I'll know there were some spots missed. Not ideal, but it happens. It's a car, it's going to get dirty again. Will I be coming back? Maybe just for deep cleaning, etc. ========= Update: Kevin and everyone at Pacific Car Wash did a great job on a follow up! One thing I'd suggest for people is get there early! I got there 5 mins before opening and was third in line. It took them about 50 minutes to have my car. I walked down to a cafe down the way and just worked there for a bit and then came back. Thanks again Kevin and team!

Amazing amazing AMAZING!! I have 2 dogs, 1 of whom sheds a LOT. I also park under a tree that blows dust clouds of pollen on my car at least 4 times a week, for 12+ hours a day. My car was looking... rough. The staff at Pacific Hand went above and beyond! Somehow there is ZERO TRACE of dog hair and muddy paw prints on my seats, no more nose marks on my window, and the pollen that covered my car in a thick layer of yellow is completely gone. They shampooed my seats (much-needed after one of my dogs decided to relieve himself on the backseats a couple weeks ago) as well! I dropped off my car and provided my phone number, and a few hours later, got a text saying my car was done and ready to go! I love that I was able to have my car professionally cleaned while I was at work; I am so happy I found this place. And of course, I am beyond impressed with how spotless and brand-new my car looks. I almost don't want to let the dogs back in... 5 stars for the fantastic work done by the team at Pacific Hand. Yall rock!

They did a good job cleaning my car overall, but after paying $100 + tip for a "Deluxe Detail" it was pretty annoying that they didn't wash my windshield at all. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I was driving away--which is when I took the attached picture, just down the street. But they finished my car as one of the last ones after closing time and I was running late elsewhere, so I couldn't really bring it back for them to finish. So, I just got 9/10 of a Deluxe Detail for full price. I think they're still one of the better options in the area for a car wash, but for those prices I expect better reliability. I'll certainly be more watchful next time I go there.

UPD: I came back the next day and the manager took care of everything -he removed all the scratches in just 30 minutes. He was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent customer support. Thank you for making it right and for taking such good care of your loyal customers. I’ve always loved this car wash and have been a loyal customer. But today, right after my visit, I noticed scratches on the driver's side while parked at Whole Foods. This is especially upsetting because I just bought this BMW i4 three weeks ago, and this was its very first wash. I even drove back to the wash, but unfortunately, it was already closed. I’m really disappointed and upset - I've trusted this place with all three of my BMWs over the years, and I always tip well.

I recently visited Pacific Hand Car Wash for my Tucson, and overall the experience was good. The cleaning, washing, and detailing were all done well, and I appreciate that it’s 100% hand washed, which you don’t get at many places these days. However, I found it quite expensive. They charged $110 for a basic wash, and even at that price, car mats were not included, which was disappointing.
