Drove from LA to Vegas my car was serviced days prior and given the green light SERVICED COMPLETE with 2 new tires and alignment at the dealer but soon as we got off the freeway in Vegas, thank God it would not accelerate at all, imagine being stuck in triple degree weather with no air oh my God but we kept our cool and most definitely our Faith all would be well Towed my Mercedes 2014 CLA 250 to Paladin on Mon July 5 and they fix my fuel pump within three hours and the price was amazing. I want to take my car back and get all the other things done !!! your car will be in Great Hands at this location in Las Vegas

These guys have the expertise to work on special cars. They work on my Ferrari, Maserati and Jaguar XF-R and have demonstrated an ability to really understand how to diagnose problems and how to repair them quickly. They are not cheap but basically fairly priced for working on these type of vehicles... You will save 30 to 40% by bringing your special car here instead of taking it to the dealer. If you own an import specialty vehicle of this type that is out of warranty, Paladin is the best place in the entire Vegas area to go for service. Not much of a waiting area ... plan on dropping your car off not the kind of place you can wait for your vehicle. Although they can do quick oil changes if you set it up in advance.

The team are amazing! Chris and Shawn fixed my 2011 Nissan 370z after my clutch went out. I had a ton of issues with my clutch and transmission from a previous hack repair job that I was unaware of. Chris and Shawn showed me everything wrong and fixed my car! They saved my car!!! My Car feels like new and no more issues with my clutch. These are my guys from now on. We own two old British cars that need occasional love and care. Paladin Automotive Center is the best import repair and maintenance outfit in Las Vegas; honest, highly competent, well-priced, a shop which provides unfailing value. Chris owns and runs the joint. He has integrity and brains to spare, together with a wonderful personality. We like the guy so well that only his particular brand of intervention will do--he is a master at diagnosing Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar, Mercedes and BMW motorcars. Of course, Chris and his excellent team work on imports of every kind, but it is very hard to find someone who clearly understands hand-built machinery. In fact, it is becoming nearly impossible to sensibly repair some of the more unusual rolling bricks...; dealerships in many cases are loath to mess about with stuff they cannot simply hook up to a diagnostic computer. Best of all, Chris steadfastly refuses to do work he deems unnecessary. Only what absolutely needs repairing is ever addressed, which is lovely from a client's perspective. Chris places the shop's emphasis squarely where it belongs: thoughtful customer service and professional expertise are top priorities at Paladin Automotive Center--most highly recommended!

My experience here has been great! Before purchasing my g35 a few months ago I had been looking around for potential shops in the city and I'm so happy I went to Paladin. It seems hard to trust places now a days, but Paladin earned mine. I went in because of a smoke issue coming from my hood on the driver's side and it turned out to be an oil leak coming from warped valve covers. Keeping my budget in mind, Eric offered an alternative that fixed the issue. I had valve cover gaskets replaced, valve covers sanded down, spark plugs changed, a throttle body service done and a steam cleaning of the engine. It has been a month since I went and my car is running great with no problems. I'd also like to add that when I picked up the car they gave me an inspection sheet noting the condition of many things, which is super helpful considering I just got this vehicle. Big thanks to Eric and Cathy, I'll going in for further maintenance when I'm able to in the future.

I found Paladin on Google when I was looking for an Audi repair shop. I was hesitant at first but I had to try something other than the dealership. They diagnosed my car and gave me an estimate. They worked on it and accurately fixed the problem as what they said on the estimate unfortunately they received a defective part but immediately cover it and replaced it. They are straight forward, what they tell you is what you get. They will work with you long as they need to resolve your car problem. Amazing service and I was able to get my car in very fast. I have always been skeptical of mechanics but I took my Audi here for some routine maintenance. The dealership was going to charge me $500 to replace my front light and I was shocked when I paid less than $100 here! I have taken my car back since then and every time its given amazing service as well as great customer service! I went to this place to get my air filters replaced. They charged me around 160 for the whole service which is better than the dealer and they said they used the air filter from Mercedes Benz them self. So I did it. Year later I replaced the air filters my self and I see they just used some cheap filters from china and charged me a premium for it. This place is a scammer so if you need little stuff done just do it yourself.

I have done a few businesses with this company They are honest, @Sean and Chris” clean service. Their prices are reasonable and get the job done quickly. I recommend everyone to go check them out if they need service on their vehicles! By the way, they specialize in Europeans Vehicle vehicles And the prices will make way more sense if you take your vehicle to the actual dealer to fix it.

First time call to paladin automotive. Described vehicle that runs ok, need a tune-up...." Yaaaa, uhhh.. $300 bucks up front ".....???? 300 bucks up front for what, What does that cover?... "For us just to look at it"... CLICK. lol ... Far too many reputable shops to deal with that kind of behavior.

I'm really getting tired of these low-life people in Vegas that rip you off and turn around and threaten you. Yes, this guy THREATENED me when I asked what kind of oil he put into my BMW. He told me he was going to call "his friends" to handle my complaint. He put the wrong oil in, and not only that, but I woke up the next day with a shredded serpentine belt. He avoided all responsibility. So not only did I have to pay another 140 PLUS the cost of a new belt, but I now have to get the CORRECT oil, which means another oil change. When will the authorities start cracking down on these cheap places? Cutting corners and lying about it... LA might have some strange rules and laws, but on the other side, they have the bureau of automotive repair, which will investigate this type of thing. There is ZERO excuse for what they did, but even with giving them the benefit of the doubt, they still did a simple oil change wrong. The tech manually altered the reset for my car, which means it was not a simple mistake. This place needs to be investigated and most likely closed. No consumer should have to deal with the garbage these fools cause. AVOID. Don't say I didn't warn you. Just look at the reviews. There is one family they ripped off a year ago. They push the blame. ALL of the other reviews are from anonymous accounts with 2 or 3 reviews. They are fake. This place is a rip-off, and they are even trying to manipulate reviews. DON'T trust them. Zero accountability and zero honesty. AVOID! I am hoping the next person doesn't have to deal with this manipulation and headache. Put this place out of business. Just read the response from the owner. So many lies and problems I see that an owner shouldn't be doing but I'm not going to reprimand him too much. Just wanted to say that I came here looking for a reliable place to service my car, not having to shell out more money and more time in the shop the day after I trusted them to service it. How the owner doesn't see that a problem is all you need to know about this place. Oh and just FYI, I have plenty of places I can relocate to, do you? You come threatening me like that and you won't know where it's coming from. Try it. Another customer claims you lied about servicing his sons car. Shawn, once again, threatened the customer to remove the review or he will force Google to remove it. 1 year later, it's still there soooo. This guy threatened saying I'm burning bridges with him. It's the other way around. He keeps burning customers and he will have none left. Shady

Just called this place & talked to "Chris". I have a simple pigtail connector solder job and have the genuine parts from Volvo. Guy IMMEDIATELY says they don't use "outside" parts (again these are GENUINE VOLVO parts that were shipped in) and he "doesn't want to get involved in something like that". 🤣 🤯 He's acting like this is some shady backroom deal. Bro, it's literally a 10 minute job, now I see why you have such bad reviews (I didn't check before calling, thank God he was a jerk 😅 🤣 🤣=

We had our 2016 Mini Cooper towed in for some overheating issues. We originally had few other shop look at the Mini and they all wanted to sell us a new engine. Had the Mini towed in to Paladin and few days later was contacted by Chris. Was told by Chris the technician found current issue for the overheating problem. A simple clogged radiator. Chris was very transparent on the cost of the repair and easy to explain the process and the time of the repair. We received a call back end of day that our Mini was ready to be picked up. My wife and I couldn’t believe it that it was fixed. I had to ask repeatedly are u sure and the answer was “YES” Amazing repair shop since then we have been driving the Mini for the last 2 weeks and ZERO issues. Thanks to some honest people! Thank you for the kind service, we will be customer for life!
